Chapter thirteen

'Well hello there' I said as I opened the door to Harry. 'Hi' he said a little nervously. He followed me in. 'It's a nice day out' he said. 'Well it is June' I replied and He laughed at my comment. 'You look pretty' he said looking at my white summer dress. 'Thank you' I said taking a seat and putting my sandals on. 'Come on then' I said getting off of the couch and heading to the door. 'So where are we going?' I asked. 'The shopping centre near here' he smiled looking down at me. Anne gave us a lift down to the mall.

'Aw that's nice' I said pointing at a necklace. 'Yeah it is' Harry smiled. 'Come on' I said grabbing his hand and taking him to hollister. 'I need a bikini for the summer' I said as I looked at the choices of bikinis. 'That ones nice' Harry said, pointing at the green one. 'Yeah is it' I said picking it up and examining it. 'Ill get it' I told him heading to the que. he stood behind me, looking down at me with a smirk. I looked him in the eye. 'Next please' the man asked. I took the bikini up and handed it to him. I handed him the money then walked up with the hollister bag. 'Shall we get something I eat?' Harry asked me. 'Ok' I said as he took my hand. I looked down and smiled. 'Pizza' I said looking at the big sign. We got a seat and a pizza to share. 'That was lovely' I said leaning back in my chair as I finished the last slice.

'Mum, can you drop me and pheobs here' Harry asked. 'Ok' Anne said a little unsure. I looked at Harry with a confused look but he just smiled at me. I got out like he did and followed him. 'Where are we going?' I asked. 'I thought we could walk home' Harry smiled. 'Ok?' I uncertainly answered. 'So erm' Harry began as he scratched the back of his head. 'Are we an item?' He asked. I looked and him and flirtatiously answered 'well you haven't actually asked me' before running off giggling. I looked back to see a confused Harry standing there until he started running to catch me up. 'Harry' I moaned as he grabbed onto my waist and spun me around. He put me down, I turned around to face him and looked up. 'Will you be my girlfriend?' He asked with a hopeful smile. 'Hm.. Maybe' I said with a cheeky smile. 'Maybe?' He said. 'Maybe' I confirmed before gently taking his hand and walking. 'So when are you going to tell me?' He asked. 'You'll see' I said before giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Then I walked into my house to find my mum with black stains all down her face on the bottom of the stairs. 'Whats wrong?' I asked as I ran over to her. 'Your dad' she said before starting to cry again. I gave her a hug before dad came in. 'Oh for goodness sake Diana' my dad said. 'Dad' I said with a high pitched tone. 'Go upstairs phoebe' he told me. I rolled my eyes and ran up.

Later on I walked downstairs to see my mum making dinner. 'Mum are you and dad going to get a divorce?' I asked as I walked up to her. 'No of course not darling' she said stroking my cheek. 'Good' I said with a smile. 'There's just a lot of pressure on him at the moment at work' she told me.

'Phoebe' jasmine perkily said, coming from behind me. 'What happened on Friday?' She asked. 'Oh nothing, I went home early' I said. 'Oh right' she said with a smile. We walked off to physics.

Me and Harry were walking home hand in hand. 'So is it a yes?' He asked as we got to a parade of shops. I nodded with a smile on my face and jumped into his arms. 'Good' he whispered into my ear, holding me tight. I nestled my head into his ear. As I looked up I saw something. Something i should have not seen..
