On Sunday I finished packing. I loved my room. It was all very vintage cream furniture. There was the odd bold mint green here and there. I loved it. I was planning on doing a fashion collage but I would wait until I settled down into school first.

'Phoebs' my dad shouted then a few seconds after shouting 'ollie'. I ran down the stairs to greet my father who was holding two school uniforms. 'Nooooo' I groaned. I took it from him anyways then went back upstairs to try it on. It was horrible. My skirt looked awful. I rolled it up a little which made it look better. Sort of.

As I stood in my room, checking myself in the mirror for the last time before leaving. I looked horrible. 'Hurry up' my brother ollie shouted to me from downstairs. 'Alright' I shouted back picking up my rucksack which was by my bedroom door. I ran downstairs then left with ollie shouting 'bye' to my mum as we left. Harry was waiting for us by the front of the house. Anne had popped over yesterday suggesting Harry should show us the way. I stayed behind the two of them scrolling through my twitter.

Harry had dropped off us at the front office where we had to wait for our planners and time tables. 'You'll be fine' ollie whispered to me as we sat there. 'I don't want to be the weird nobody again' I sighed. 'You won't. Be confident' he said with a reassuring smile. 'I can't. You got the confident genes' I smiled with a sigh. 'I didn't. Just be nice and I'm sure someone will talk to you' he said. As I was about to reply the receptionist came over and handed us our timetables. 'Thank you' I said as I scanned my time table. 'Physics first on a Monday morning' I muttered to myself. She gave us a short tour of the school then dropped us off to our lesson. 'Hello I'm mr Perkins, your physics teacher' a bald man enthusiastically said. He looked around 40. 'Hm.. There's a seat there' he said pointing to a seat next to a pretty blonde girl. 'Ill take that one' ollie said with a smirk then walking over confidently to his seat. 'Theres one here' a voice spoke up. I looked over at the back to see Harry. 'Sit next to Harry' he said giving me a little nudge. I walked back quickly trying to get the attention off me.

As I sat there doodling on the piece of paper sir had given me Harry took my planner. 'What are you doing?' I asked. 'Looking what options you chose' he replied. I went back to doodling. 'Hm.. Geography, history, music and PE' he whispered to himself. 'Not bad' he said to me handing it back over. 'Thanks' I said putting it under my pencil case like it had been before.

After physics I had chemistry. At break I just looked around the school trying to figure out where all my lessons were going to be. Then I had PE which was a breeze, we were doing running. After PE I had music.

'Hello I'm mr stent' a man in his late twenties said. 'Phoebe' I replied with a smile. 'Well we're working in groups at the moment writing a song' he said. 'So if you want to find a group' he said urging me to look for one. I kind of just stood there looking around probably looking like a lost child in a supermarket. 'Hey, do you want to work with us?' A tanned happy looking girl asked. 'Erm sure' I said. 'Im jasmine' she said as we walked over to her group. 'Phoebe' I replied. 'This is Adam, Sam and lib' she said as she pointed to each one. Sam was a very attractive boy with a brown quiff. I took a seat and jasmine told me what they were doing. 'We're writing a song about 'people' she said. 'We've only just started so you haven't missed much' she said. I nodded. 'So do you have any musical talents?' She asked. 'I can play guitar and write songs' I said. 'Perfect!' She said excitedly. We worked on the chorus first. It sounded pretty good.

When music finished we had lunch. Jasmine insisted I sat with her and her friends. When I sat down there were five of them. I sat down next to jasmine and a girl I didn't know the name of. 'This is phoebe' jasmine perkily said. I smiled as they all said hey. Jasmine then told me all of there names. There was Hailey, Natasha, Becky and Annie. They were all pretty girls. I was sitting next to hailey. She seemed really friendly.

Lunch was actually alright. I actually made some friends. After lunch I had Biology. It was my favourite science so I wasn't bothered. It was the quickest lesson of the day. After tutor I walked home with Harry and ollie.

'So how was your first day?' Ollie asked me. 'Pretty good, I made some friends' I said. I probably sounded like a little kid then. 'Wow, and not just one?' He laughed. 'Ha ha very funny' I said rolling my eyes. 'Tell your mum my mum said to come over for dinner tonight' Harry said as he walked to his front door. 'Alright, what time?' My brother asked. '5ish' he said then went inside.

By five we were already round there. I was talking to Gemma about my first day. When we were all around the table Harry was opposite me. He kept on looking at me with his green eyes. I kept on trying to act like i hadn't noticed. I offered to help clean up but Anne said no but I insisted. I helped Harry collect all the plates and put them in the dishwasher. 'So do you have a boyfriend?' He asked me as he put the plates in the dishwasher as I passed them to him. 'Nope, do you?' I asked. 'No I don't have a boyfriend' he sarcastically said. 'I meant girlfriend' I said. 'I know, I was just kidding with you. No I don't have a girlfriend either' he smiled. 'But I do have my eye on someone' he said winking at me before walking out.
