A nobody to prom queen

Chapter four

Physics third lesson, Wednesday.

I sat there doodling again. 'I saw you yesterday, on the trampoline' harry whispered into my ear. 'I saw you looking at me' I whispered back to him. He looked down. 'We've got PE next' he said trying to make conversation. 'We're doing track again'. 'Good' I said with a smile. We talked for most of the lesson.

In PE we had to get into pairs but with the opposite sex. 'Guess your with me' a deep voice said. I turned around to see harry. 'I think them girls would rather go with you' I said looking Over at the girls who were drooling over him. 'Well I'd rather go with you' he said back winking at me. 'So we have to do 20 laps between us' he said. 'Ill do 10' I said. 'Ok' he said giving him a weird look. 'Let's begin' I said starting to run.

When we were walking back to the changing rooms Harry was talking to me. 'Wait for me after school' he said quietly. 'Why?' I asked giving him a strange look. 'Because I want you to' he said. 'Okay then' I said a little confused.

Chemistry, history and geography had gone really quick. Tutor was boring as usual. I waited for Harry like he said to. 'Wow you actually waited' he said with a smirk. He started walking so I caught him. 'You're going the wrong way' I said. 'Am I?' He smirked. 'You know we are' I replied. 'I know' he smirked. 'So why are we going the wrong way?' I asked. 'So I can walk longer with you' he bluntly replied. 'Right' I said a little confused. 'Wait a second' he second stopping outside a sweet shop. He made me wait outside the sweet shop. I tried looking in but I couldn't really see anything. It was an old fashioned sweet shop, it reminded me of the one where I used to live. 'What did you get?' I asked him as he came out. 'Bon bons' he said smiling. 'Want one?' He asked. 'Sure' I said taking a blue Bon Bon out. 'Hmm' I said. 'My fav' 'really? Mine too' Harry added. We walked up a hill. 'Where exactly are we going?' I asked. 'Home' he replied. 'With a few stops on the way' he laughed. We stopped at the top of the hill and sat under a tree. 'So tell me about yourself miss Williams' he said with a smirk. I started telling him stuff about me, like my hobbies, my favourite food, my most embarrassing moment. 'What about your styles?' I asked with a smirk. He told me some interesting stuff. 'And I like to sing but don't tell anyone' he said looking me in the eye then giving me a little wink. I looked at him and a smile formed onto my face.

'Shall we go now?' I asked. 'Come on then' he said getting up then helping me onto my feet. We walked home telling each other some hilarious embarrassing memories. 'Well bye Harry' I said walking to my front door. 'Bye' he said with a little wave. I walked in to find my mum by the front door. 'Where have you been?' She asked. 'At school' I lied. 'Ive been worried sick!' She said. 'Sorry' I said innocently. 'Its okay sweetie, I was just worried' she said bringing me in for a hug. 'Come on, dinners ready' she said taking me into the dining room.

After dinner I went straight to my room. Ollie came in a short while after. 'So where did Harry take you?' He asked. 'What?' I asked. 'I saw you two walking home after school'. 'Oh, we just sat in a field eating Bon bonS' I answered. 'Well why didn't you tell mum that?' He asked. 'I dunno? She would make a big deal out of me hanging out with a boy I suppose' I answered. 'Alright' he replied with a suspicious look before leaving my room.
