Starting Out

Dear diary, your friend Elise is here. Today is my first day going to 6th grade. Just when I was at the top in elementary I'm back at the bottom. But it can't be that bad. I am wearing my hello kitty knee socks with green boots,my black skirt, pink headband, and a shirt that says swag. I think I am ready for this new chapter in my life. My outfit is well I love it. I might get
to be in the popular group this year.
As I am walking in school I notice girls wearing lipstick, gold necklaces , and nose rings. I did not no this was going to happen. I mean my mom won't even let me get me ear pierced. As I quickly try to pull down my hello kitty socks, a girl calls out and says hey nice socks, soo mature. I ignore her and rush to my locker. The bell is about to ring I will write back later.
