My First Love

Chapter 5

Tyler's POV.

She walked out in all her glory. She was wearing a white laced sundress over her navy blue one piece with a little bow at the top. It showed off her curves and looked amazing on her.

"Hey boys ready to go?" She asked once she reached us.

"Ya lets go!" Kaiden said jumping and ran off.

"Kaiden stay back here," Jewel said but he just kept going. "He just can't resist it," she said nodding and smiling.

We started walking through the forest it was peaceful and quiet. None of us were speaking. 'Come on say something'

"So are you ready for school to start?" I asked her.

"Um ya I guess so. What about you? With the whole new school and being the new kid," she said.

"I'm used to it my dad has a job the has us move around a lot. I'm more excited for this year though," I said looking over at her.

"Why is that?" She asked looking up at me.

"Well I might be staying here for more than a year. And might be able to graduate at the same school," I told her and we both looked back down.

"Do you like the school?" I asked her.

"Ya. There's not many people but I have my friends and it's nice because it's not as crowded and you don't have many people in your classes." She said. "Oh and here's the best part our school since their aren't many people you can just go to whatever class you want when you want," she said excited about that.

"Cool!" I said.

As we continued to talk we got deeper into the forest. I was still looking at the ground when Jewel grabbed my arm and pulled me into a different direction.

"It's a short cut," she said. "Kaiden slow down," she said still holding on to my arm.

"I see it! I see it!" He said jumping with joy and started to run in that direction.

Jewel started to run and so I ran up with her. We came into a clearing and she dropped my hand. She headed over to a rock that looked like a chair and set everything down.

There was a waterfall and a big lagoon with clear blue water.

"Come here," Jewel was saying to Kaiden.

"But come on I want to go in," Kaiden said to excited to wait.

"Well we need to put the sunscreen on or you'll get burnt like last time," she said and he stopped trying to get away. "There all done," she said and he was off.

She watched him as he ran behind the waterfall and ran his hand through it. She took off her sun dress and put in some sunscreen.

"Come on," she said and waved her hand as she headed behind the waterfall . I went over and set all of my stuff down. I took off my shirt and ran up to her. We both just stood behind the waterfall for a second then we heard Kaiden.

"CANNONBALL!!!" He said as he swung from the rope and into lagoon. "Come on guys it really warm!" He said and started to head back to shore.
