(Serry POV)
I said goodbye to Iven and my parents as I opened the door, took a deep breath, and placed one black boot outside.
I very slowly walked around being cautious of leftover bombs, even already shot those things can still kill you.
I looked around at the war aftermath, no more grass, just scorched earth.
The dirt floated in the air from kicking my feet up. I saw the waves of heat rise, or the fumes of toxic chemicals...
Between the the unknown gas, I saw something a little ways away.
I squinted into the distance, a large figure scurrying around. I didn't know whether to use my nunchucks or sword.
I tried my best to avoid this creature, but it must've had great senses. It stared at me.
Now running closer to me I saw it was a mutant bear... It had bulging eyes, it ran awkwardly, and it's spine was all the way wrong.
I pulled out my sword, putting it in a blocking position, the mutant charged toward me, I swung at it injuring it's chest. It roared at me, clawing its paw toward me, I dodged the hit and impaled the bear... Creature.
It fell dead, blood painting the dry dirt underneath it, I bowed down and prayed for the mutant. In this time we pray to Niku, a god that helped fight many wars, but then died.
I lifted myself up, cleaning my sword as I traveled further, it was just a little while until I met the black market.
These mutant creatures are crazy, from the bomb shells and dead bodies of god knows what that could even still be alive. Outside is not safe.
Speaking of dead bodies that could be alive, queue the human mutant. Reminds me of a zombie. Okay, I know this is serious but this humanoid looks ridiculous. It's like Deadpool met The Walking Dead... Fugly....
This was an easy kill, this was just a walking piece of rotting flesh, just had to go off with it's head.
I see the black market in my view, let's hope I don't run into anymore trouble the way there, I'm already getting tired of it.
