Aria POV
Irie led us to her camp. Several men and a few women greeted me and Serry when Irie introduced us. We followed her into a tent, the inside was a cork board with many scrapings, tacks, and red twine to connect all of it.
"Welcome to my... Home, I guess..." Irie motioned her arms around.
"You live here?" Serry asked, looking around.
"I have no choice, it's the war's. We have to live wherever the war tells us to." Irie plopped down into a chair, and swung her leg over the arm of her chair.
"So, you know about Seether, I'm guessing..." I asked.
"Well yeah. He's the reason we go to war... We can't really talk about him because we could slip something and cause him to gain power... It's sad... The traumatized soldiers can't even let their feelings out and talk about it because of that." Irie explained.
"So it's like... Campfire stories... Power the creature we're talking about?" Serry tried to blurt out.
"Exactly, every stupid teenager is lucky we exist because everyone would be killed by all their weird 'creepypastas'" Irie put finger quotations on the word 'creepypastas'.
Irie Jett stood up, picking up a metal rod and pointed it to a caught picture of Seether.
"He's been around for generations, it's getting harder to catch and kill him. The soldiers and I finally found his home dimension... Here." Irie Jett pointed to a map, "We are here... Seether usually hangs about riiiiight there..." She circled around a tack, which connected to a red twine leading to another picture of Seether, in that one he was sitting on a throne.
"You seem to be the leader here..." Serry mentioned.
"Oh, nah. That's Iris, she's a Mage and she's a pro at Magic, people even say I look like her... I don't see it. Speaking of, Aria you must be one too and you kinda look like the both of us... I've... Heard about you..." Irie stated.
"How?" I asked.
"I don't know... I just... Know you, but I have heard about the 'Fallen Servants'... When Ivy possessed you, hired servants to kill the people in your kingdom; they tried to stop you by using a potion... But instead you grew those wings by that. Ivy grew sick and tired of those servants betraying her, so she planned a beheading by the next sunrise... Then along came Jenna, she grew enough strength to give a message to the servants and provide one weapon... Your spare sword. They went to kill you so Ivy would grow weak and Jenna to purify you. You and that black haired servant fought, she weakened you so much, you had to use your magic that you've been learning; you were about to kill her... But you were killed by Jenna. All went white and you and everything else was fine... Jenna saved you all... That black haired servant was made the Leader of the Royal Guard.... And that's pretty much it..."
I was blown away.
"Are you talking about Emarsan?!" Serry looked at me.
"I think she is," I intoned, " How do you know all of this anyway?"
Irie shrugged. "Guess when you travel a lot you learn some things..."
Somebody walked over to the tent. "Jett, Captain needs you!"
"I'll be right there!" Irie responded. "Come on, you can meet Iris..."
We followed her through the neighborhood of tents to a person, kneeling down with... Literal golden hair, flowing in a ponytail and two braids with it. She wore robes with cold colors like blues, greens, and purples... Her.. Well... irises were black stars over sea blue eyes.
Irie Jett was right, we did look the same. How? I feel some sort of connection... Like separated twins at birth...
Iris looked up at me.
"Princess?" She gasped.
I nodded...
"I knew you were here... We need to talk.." She said.
