We are different
we are separate
are we still friends as we once were
Your life of art and writing
and mine of cheer and dance
is there time for us as there once was
logical,
Whimsical,
athletic,
smart,
We see different things
no longer have been as close as we were
other people
other friends
can there be others though,
if We still remains
are we still a force
are we still friends
always
our history defines it all
memories,
of random, and funny things
one after another
are full of understanding
we always stand together
as a pair
as friends
through the mist of it all
one thing is the same
our friendship
