Dear Elizabeth,
So it's Halloween tomorrow, your favorite holiday, and you still haven't waken up. I've been coming to visit you everyday, so has Nicole. Luke, well, he comes about twice a week. He's started drinking. He says he can't deal with the fact that, and I quote, "This delinquent bitch has the fücking nerve to come visit my sister more than me." As you can tell, your brother hates my guts.
Your parents don't know that you're in a coma, luke didn't want to worry them while they are away and can't come home right now. But, I know they would want you to wake up soon, just like the rest of us.
I hope you wake up soon baby girl.
