My eyes fluttered open. I didn't see much but dark figures around me. Something moved beside me, rapping an arm around my waist. I smiled and shifted over, staring at the face of my mate. Hmm, my mate. Doesn't sound to bad.
I gazed upon the details of his face. There wasn't really much to see since it was quite dark, but I could see some things.
"Are you going to stare at my face all day?" I blushed madly and turn my face away, baring it into the blankets. I heard the faintest laugh beside me which made me turn my head towards him. Jack opened his eyes, staring at me contently. He pulled me closer, nuzzling his head in the curve of my neck.
"Jack stop! It tickles!" I laugh as Jack tickles me with his nose. He started to kiss my neck, causing me to shiver.
"J... Jack." I say as my body shivered. Jack laughed, kissing my neck once more before moving his head away. His eyes travelled from my eyes, to my lips. I smiles, slowly kissing his lips. He instantly kisses me back while smiling. When we pulled away, Jack's happy expression dropped.
"Elsa?" He asked hesitantly.
"Yeah Jack?" I questioned.
"Promise me you'll never leave me for some other guy. No matter what the situation is."
"Jack I would never. We're mates. Why would you ask something like that?" I say, wondering why he ask that. I would never leave him. Well it's not like I have a choice but if I did I still wouldn't leave him.
"Because I... I love you." My eyes widened and my cheeks heated up before. No one really told me that they loved me. Not even my parents. It felt nice. Knowing I was loved.
"It's okay if you don't say anything. I won't be hurt. It's still so early and all of this happened so fast and-" Jack continued. I thought it was cute, seeing him like this. I was trying to hold back the huge smile growing on my face.
"Jack, I love you too." He smiled widely. He grabbed my waist, pulling me on top of him. I started laughing widely as he did so. He looked into my eyes, happily planting kisses all over my face. I started laughing loudly, not caring if people heard me, which they probably did a while ago. I kept moving my head side to side. He laughed as well, stopping himself from kissing me.
"We might want to get dressed." I suggested. Jack closed his eyes as he held me tighter.
"Let's just stay here a little longer. Just us."
