6: The Mansion PART 1; The Past

My P.O.V.

Harry offered his, but I turned him down. DANG IT! WHY DO I HAVE SO STUPID?! He's like my best guy friend, I can open up to him easier than anyone else here, even Andrea. I feel like that I can tell him anything, I wonder how he would react if I told him about Vicky and James, about what I was really thinking. Louis and Liam finally found a station that worked, "Play The Funky Music" came on and everyone was trying to dance to in the car singing along. The song was over and the next song came on "What Hurts The Most" by Rascal Flatts. Everybody was quiet listening quietly, but I broke that silence singing along with it while staring out the window. 

I was singing putting my feelings into the song, I felt free. Singing always cheered me up, it makes me feel free not caring who heard or not. I felt everyone's gaze fall on me listening to me sing. I could tell Louis was listening to as well while with a surprised look. Everytime when I sang 'What hurts the most was being so close' I just broke down, those were the only words I put most of my feelings into. It stopped raining showing it's beautiful sunset with one star shining brightly, others followed. I smiled to myself knowing that I succeeded in singing looking up in the sky. When the song ended everyone was still looking at me in amazement, finally doing something they would notice. Harry quietly whispers "That was beautiful"
"Thanks" Niall and Andrea were talking quietly looking out at the sunset, Liam did the same while talking to Louis.

*4 hours later*

It was now 12:00 a.m. Liam and Louis switched places so Louis could get some rest, Andrea was sleeping on Niall's shoulder with Niall's head on top of hers and his arm around her waist and his other hand on hers. It was so romantic, they made a great couple. Harry, Liam and I were the ones up. Harry and I were looking out the window at the stars. "The stars are lovely tonight" I whispered. Harry nodded "They sure are, just like you" I took a quick glance at him then looked back at the stars knowing that I was blushing, Harry scooted closer to me. "Ali, I've got a confession to make." I nodded for him to go on "I know we've only known each other for a short amount of time, but I feel like I've known you forever."

"Harry... I feel the same, you've done so much for me. When I was little I always felt like there was someone watching me from the distance, keeping me safe. You remind me of that person." Harry sat there still staring into my eyes, our heads came together touching each other. "I love you" Harry confessed. I smiled "I love you too" A midnight song came on, it was a nice slow song. It was my favorite song by Lifehouse, "You and Me". I rested my head on his shoulder listening to the peaceful music, Harry put his arm around me rocking me side to side singing it to me. I slowly fell asleep listening to his voice, last thing I heard was him telling me goodnight.

Liam's P.O.V.

We all had fun today on this trip, Louis and I spent a half an hour looking for a station. Louis, Harry, and I got the good news about Niall and Andrea getting together. Ali obviously knew they were together, could it be that her abilities are rising to the surface? Louis drove for seven hours and he looked pretty tired. I told him to switch with me so he could get some rest, he pulled over to the side switching places. He flopped into the seat letting his head hit the back of the seat falling fast asleep, Niall and Andrea fell asleep an hour ago and Harry, Ali, and I were awake. I heard them whispering in the back, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. I memorized a hearing spell in my head, finally completing the spell I listened in on their conversation. I was shocked when I heard them both telling each other 'I love you'. How could he? He barely knows her and she barely knew him. Is it possible that when he disappeared 9 years ago he saw her and was watching her that whole time he was gone? "You and Me" by Lifehouse came on and he started to swing her while singing in her ear watching slowly fall asleep. When she finally past out the song ended, Harry noticed that I was listening to them the whole time. "Is something wrong?" He asked. "I was just thinking" I began "About the time when you left 'cause you were so angry at the master's minions killing your family."
"Yeah, the was the saddest day of my life. I've got to admit I'm still angry at them, the next I see them I swear to god I WILL rip their heads off!"
"Then why did you come back if you're still mad?"
"I don't know, let's just say that someone once told me that you can't run away from your fears or problems. You have to face them to solve it otherwise you'll regret for the rest of your life."
"What happened while you were gone? Did you meet anybody?"
"It all happened when I stumble upon a small town."

*Harry's flashback*

I was watching a football game with the lads cheering for our team having fun, suddenly I smelt blood not far from the house. I stood abruptly reacting to the scent by instinct, the lads kept asking what was wrong, but I didn't answer their questions. I ran out of the house as fast as I could following the scent. I recognized the blood a mile away, the scent came from a small neighborhood of supernaturals and a few humans. It was my families blood, I ran faster bursting through the door of the house. It was midnight when the moon showed it's blood-covered blanket over it with wolves howling at it saying there was death tonight. I fell to my knees crying with sadness mixed with anger in me over my family's bodies, my sister was the only one that wasn't dead. She left with her boyfriend Mark a year ago, thank god she's safe. When I found out it was the master's minions I was about to explode, he promised that if we did anything he asked then our families would be unharmed. He broke his promise! They are so frickin' dead the next I see them, no THEY'RE DEAD NOW!!!" I ran out of the house looking for him leaving the lads without saying a word, but I'm pretty sure they got the message when they saw my family. I made sure that my sister and her boyfriend were safe and they were which was a relief, I told them the news and she broke down into tears. I left after that back on the search for him, but his minions found me and tried to kill me. They said that they had to kill me and my family to prevent me turning against him, I wondered what gave him that idea. They said it was because I didn't finish my job for killing that innocent family, they thought that I was getting too soft and would betray him.

I was on the run for six months and was really hungry, I crossed a small town by the woods. I went into the woods hunting for anything I could find. After a while and I had my feed upon a deer I rested under a tree, suddenly I heard wolves on the run following a scream. I ran to see what was going on only finding wolves, I couldn't see pass them unless I got a few feet away from them. I hid behind a tree peeking my head around the corner seeing the wolves surrounding a girl searching for a way out. The wolves were growling at her nonstop, but they started to back off when a white wolf jumped in front of her from over her head from behind. The wolves jumped the white wolf all at once, the white wolf was fighting them off letting three get away from him heading towards the girl. I had a strong urge to save the girl, so I went with my instinct and threw the wolves away from her. All the wolves ran howling, the one white wolf was trying to get up to come by the girl. She was hiding her face in her knees afraid to look up "It's alright, you're safe now." She looked up at me curiously, I held out my hand to help her up. She took it without a second thought. She looked at the white wolf getting up walking towards us. She ran to the wolf hugging him tightly, she looked backed at me "Thank you for saving us, I'm Ali and this Okami (O-com-ee) my partner. And you are?"
"Harry... Harry Styles, pleased to meet you"
"Same here, your not from around here are ya? Wanna come back with me to my camp out?"
"I would love too"

*6 months later and became best friends*

I stayed with Ali at her place for six months, her parents didn't seem to mind however I couldn't say the same thing with her brother CJ. Every time when I'm with Ali he gives me an evil glare warning me to not try to do anything to her. From time to time when I'd be alone he would come up to me telling me to stay away from her 'cause I was getting too close to her. He told me she didn't need anybody cuz if she got too close to them it would be difficult for her to leave. I didn't listen to him although I should've. One night she told me she wanted to show me something.
