"If everything fails then you need to rethink your life. Not everything can fail, you are just looking at it in the wrong way."- Anonymous, 2540

"Trooper, I need you down here"

"Copy that, sir. Just a few more kills and we are good to go."

"Flush 'em all out, then get yourself here."

The Captain then turned  and walked away, allowing the sunlight to reflect on his white coated armour, the cave they were attacking was on a cliff ledge; so it was a while down until they reached the command post. The stripes down his suit now were visible, the distinct blue stripe designation. The air was breezy, with the command posts' antenna blowing in the wind. The technological advancement that was brought along was a huge boost on their power compared to the hostile militia's. The screens all had a different function, but the Captain went straight to the map, detailing the terrain all over the planet and, more importantly, the catacombs which had entrances all over the planets surface.

"It's fascinating, truly a mystery in planet structure!" exclaimed the scientist, the Council of Genesis like to send specialists along to study new discoveries, such as how the catacombs can travel through the world. "I do wish we can go down there."

"Well, just hold up. We are nearly ready, the troops are just clearing out the remaining enemy forces and we can get through" explained the captain.

"Alright Delta, I'll see you soon." The scientist then walked to his tent to obtain some tools and data samplers.

"I dislike scientists, especially the Genesis ones."

"Too bad, rookie. Get used to them coming along with us." remarked the Captain.

The Council of Genesis, created in 2345 was set up to allow the quick development of weapons, technology and the study of the Militias planets. The Geneva convention, made in the 20th century, had been adapted to allow the Genesis scientists access to all scientific facilities. Some speculate that the militia forces disallowed the Genesis scientists into their facility, after there was word they were re-creating bugs that were thought to of been extinct. Of course, no one actually knows what the reasons for galactic war were.

"Sir, all enemy forces down. World wide scan shows that there is no other life other than us and B company, the other side of the planet. Do we advance to the catacombs now?"

"Yes, all forces prepare to advance into the catacombs. Make sure all your cells are fully recharged, we don't want your torches turning off leaving us in the dark. All units, move up!"

With that, the troops all advanced into the catacomb, the walls around started to shake with the amount of humans inside. The torch light showed the walls and floors, detailing the patterns across the wall, seemingly depicting a story which unfolded millennia ago.

"Hey, Buzz, It looks like they were fighting some sort of bug, too."

"Yeah well, the bugs seemed to be everywhere in this galaxy, the Mars Home Run allowed us to find them first. Though, It wasn't exactly us who found them, it was the MI guys, we only found out they existed a few centuries ago..."

"You talk too much Buzz." replied the rookie trooper, after walking away from the catacomb wall.

"Guys, hold up...I think I see something...Are you sure the planet scan revealed no life form?" the rookie seemed frightened, and un sure too.

"Eh, shut up. I am definitely sure. No life form is here but us."

"Hang on, guys I feel something on my leg!"

"What is that! Get out! Move!"

"Agh, this is Delta, I need immediate evac. We have found something we were not meant to find! This is RGRM Captain Delta, we need help!"

"Buzz, get on your damn comn link! Buzz!"
