"Global warming is the Earth running a fever, to kill off its infection"- Report of Eishem, 2021

The air was normal, with a joyful feeling surrounding the place. Today, it was the day that the Earth celebrated-The anniversary where Lord Eishem, from a clan of Ka'lrls', visited the Earth and, being upmost sickened, diluted the air with a substance which moved all the toxins onto a space station, which has been updated to an even larger standard where the toxins are processed into a useable fuel. From that day, all the Ka'lrls were welcomed onto Earth as saviours of the planet, and creating a new alliance between the races. The Alliance was named the Trinity of El-shel, and, after that alliance formed an even larger group, the name was taken and used to celebrate this day, the 21st of March, as the day the Earth was saved.

This day was also the prime time for recruits to be picked up for the armed forces, seeing as how everyone had a sense of pride in them. One man, a recruiter for the United World Federation, decided to head to the local school to set up a careers day-of course all boys wanted to be in the Federation, and most females too. Upon arrival, the school had banners up all promoting the Trinity of El-shel, with a group of Ka'lrls awaiting his arrival. The Ka'lrls were distinct in their form, they had a tall posture, about 7 feat tall on an average male, and they also seemed to have pointed ears and a chiselled face. They seemed to look a lot like an elf from historic fairy tails. One Ka'lrl stood before the recruiter with his arm in a sling, one specifically designed to withstand the sheer muscle they have on their arms, and told the man the way to go until he reached the dining hall. The recruiter recalled his days in school, hearing the word dining hall instead of canteen made him smile a bit.

"Okay, best be off then, thank you for you help, young ones." the recruiter than went on his journey to the dining hall. Along the way, all he saw were Humans and Ka'lrls playing around, it seemed like no one was being taught lessons. He noticed a teacher, she seemed to be attractive in his eyes but she also seemed depressed about something, what ever it was would be unknown to him.

Upon arrival of the dining hall, the recruiter sat down and opened his briefcase which held a laptop and signing up forms. He waited one minute until a line formed in front of him for sign ups to the military. After 30 minutes of teenagers signing up, the queue died down to no one. It seemed like everyone else in the school had already signed up somewhere else. The recruiter than packed up his things and walked back to his office, where he would contact the parents to see if they were allowed to enlist-a law which was implemented in the 20th century and one that only applies to the Human and the Ka'lrl races.

He walked passed the seemingly depressed teacher again, he noticed that she was an Ka'lrl. He stopped. And looked at her, into her eyes which were pitch black.

"What is wrong, dear?" Asked the recruiter.

"My brother was slain on a far off planet, I have no one left in my clan now." Replied the teacher.

"Don't you have a husband? Surely you must!" remarked the recruiter

"Oh dear, you flatter me. I don't wish to devote my life to someone who will most likely die in a few years time..."

"Oh, I see." The recruiter then walked off. He could not forget her beauty, though the Law of Shem-Shal denied the marriage of humans and Ka'lrlss, this was one of the only laws which the Momentius were happy about, because they could marry Humans-which meant a better life for them.

The recruiter was feeling downed by it all, the only girl that had ever caught his eye was depressed and they were un able to be together, not that he had known her for more than two minutes.

It was half past One in the afternoon when he began his walk to his office, the office was situated in the Elevated district, the part of the city of Brisbane which housed all military aspects. The recruitment offices were just outside of a wall, bound up 50 metres in the air, so civilians could visit. Inside the walls were barracks and Central command, each subset of the Federation had different areas which they stayed. The centre was housed by the Irellus Empire, the main funding for the Federation since the Mobile Infantry fell into debt after a 200 year battle against bugs. Although, rumours have it that the Irellus empire have too fell into heavy debt, and so will pass the command back to the MI.

The recruiter could see the wall a mile away, outside the main square of Brisbane city. And, at that moment, he was blasted off his feat, collapsing to his back in great agony. Smoke erupted from a nearby shop as Momentius civilians fled the area, carrying wounded Humans with them. Probably their masters. A Momentius ran to the recruiter, but was struck down by a force which he could not see, the recruiter became panicked. His heart sped. His blood flow stopped. He saw shrapnel within his chest. He heard a cheer from an area, then a language he did not understand. They were different.
