It was 2am a couple of days after the accident and Amy had woken Rory up, not being able to sleep.
He took hold of her hand and kissed it, "I'm really sorry this is so hard for you, but you have to remember that I didn't die, I got lucky".
She sighed, "seeing you lying there, it was like Jamie all over again, I just can't bear the thought of losing you as well".
"I'm not going anywhere, I promise".
Nodding, she moved closer to him and rested her head on his chest, holding his hand close, "I love you so much".
