-Katherine-

When the bell rang for the end of school, I ran to the parking lot, only to see Asher standing by my car. I sighed as I pushed past him to unlock my car, "So how exactly do you plan on winning me over in one month?" He ran his hand through his hair making it stick up in a way that made him look like an adorable pup. "I honestly have no clue. I'm hoping that once you get to know me that you might like me. Even if our packs are rivals." he whispered. I laughed "So you're just gonna wing it? Good luck with that." He stepped away from the car shaking his head, "I don't need luck, if you really wanted to reject me you would have done it already Katherine." I stared at him shocked for a moment, "Oh really? Who says I won't do it right now?" Smilinig and walking away he said "I say you won't." I got in the car and slammed my door shut, I looked back only to see him standing there laughing. ~When did he get so confident?~ asked my wolf Celeste. ~I honestly have no idea, he was extremely shy this morning though.~ She sighed and said ~We should tell him our secret, it would be easier if he had a reason to hate us.~ I blocked her out after she said that, I probably should tell him. If he had a reason to hate me it would make the inevitable rejection next month so much easier on him. Though I think he would find it impossible to believe that I am a three-species hybrid.

-Asher-

I have no idea where all that confidence just came from, I am not a confident person, ever. Maybe my wolf took over and I just didn't notice. ~Nope. That was all you buddy.~ Conner said out of no where. ~Though I did feel a surge of power come through whenever you talked to her.~ he whispered, lost in thought. With both me and Conner being confused I decided that when I got home I should talk to my mother, but first I need a run.
