Demi's POV:

"I don't have anything to wear" he whined to me.

"Joe, you've stayed here so many times there's probably clothes of yours all over my closet" I told him slipping on a black bra. he didn't say anything I just heard footsteps. I had already washed my face in the shower so I didn't need to do it now. I blinked a few times running a mascara brush over my eye lashes and put on some Chapstick. Wasn't really feeling all the make up today. I slipped some dark denim jean shorts and a black v-necks. After lathering my legs in lotion I sprayed some perfume on my neck and wrists. "you ready bab-Joe?" I stuttered with my words. Was I really about to call him babe? "yeah" he said walking out of my closet. We walked out of my room and downstairs. "What are you two doing up so early?" My mother asked. It was only 9:38 but I guess since it was a Saturday that's pretty early. "I'm gonna go over Joe's for a little bit" I told her. that reminds me. I pulled my phone out and texted Nick I'd be over a little later. "Demi can I talk to you for a minute" I slipped my keys into joes pocket "start the car" I whispered. he nodded and left my side. "yeah mom?" I said walking more into the kitchen. "Why is he here?" she asked me "because we were hanging out?" I said to her "if you're having sex please use protection Demi I'm not ready for a grand baby!" She bursted out "Mom!" I rolled my eyes at her. "Are you!?" She questioned "No?!" I said sounding unsure "I heard you all this morning" she mumbled. my face turned bright red. "Okay yes but I needed it mom.. as weird as that sounds" I mumbled that last bit "Just be careful sweetie and I don't want him sleeping in your bed If he stays over night" she said sternly. "that won't be a problem" I mumble walking out of the house. because it wouldn't. Joe" I weren't even together. I opened up the passenger door and sat in the car. "Joe it's freezing. Damn" I snapped and turned the AC off and rolled down the window to let some of the warm air in. "sorry" he mumbled to me then backed out. I really don't mind Shane driving my car. Joe, Selena, Nick, & Justin are the only ones allowed to drive my car. I don't even let my parents or sister drive it. "can we get some food on the way? I'm kinda hungry" I told him. he didn't say anything he just made a left that would eventually take us to McDonald's. He had a very hard look on his face. "um.. Is something wrong?" I asked him. "we're not together demetria? we didn't have sex demetria?" his voice gets louder and louder "Demi! It's Demi! Not Demetria, stop calling me by my full name Joe!" He slams his hands on the steering wheel. He's fuming. "Pull over" I tell him    He keeps driving "Pull. Over" I say again He just gives me a cold look and drives faster. "Pull my damn car over right now Shane, I can't afford for you to be so angry you wreck my car! Pull it over!" I yell at him. He does as I say & pulls into a Target parking lot. "I couldn't just tell my mom we had sex okay!? That's weird! I only told her because she said she heard um.. us" I told him "you mean you? .. I wasn't screaming last night" he said smirking. "oh shut up!" I said giggling and punched his arm lightly. He sighed "Look Joe. I wanna be with you so badly. I just don't know if I can trust you again.. last summer was like the worst few months of my life just because you were gone. I wasn't in my right state of mind." "what do you mean right state of mind Demi?" He asks me "I dont know.. I was sad I guess" I tell him crossing my arms. He doesn't say anything. "We can be together on once condition" I blurt out "Anything" he quickly responds "Promise, you won't just up and leave me like that ever ever ever again and if you have to leave please take me with." I say all in one breathe He just smiled at me nodding. "course babe" he said quickly he leaned over and kissed me.   I kissed him back. I went to pull away and he caught my bottom lip with his teeth then grabbed my face and pulled my lips back down onto his. I sighed into our kiss. "Joe" I said quickly.  He just moved his lips towards my neck and started giving my neck slow warm kisses "stop trying to seduce me" I said giggling "I'm not Demi, I'm just trying to show you how much I love you" he responded. I smiled at that. "maybe later" I said pulling away. he stuck his bottom lip out pretending to pout. I giggled at him and gave his pouty lips a quick kiss. "we're going over your house and I don't want to be all sweaty and tired when I get there. I haven't seen your family in a while, okay?" I told him softly "I get it" he responded back to me smiling at me. Then he pulled back onto the road. "good" a sighed smiling. "you still hungry babe?" "No actually" "Well if you get hungry then we can just eat at my house, plus it's almost noon my moms probably already cooking lunch" he tells me. I smile at that. I always loved going over Joe's house because it was so welcoming and peaceful there. my thoughts get interrupted by my phone beeping. I detach my hand from Joe's and unlock my phone. "You have a password babe?" Joe asks me. "yeah.. 5-6-0-9" I smile at him, I can tell he's thinking. "the first night we had sex!" I whisper shout like someone else is in the car. "oh right!" He smiles I look down at my phone read the messages I just got. "Hey Demz, are you not home? I came over to see if you wanted to hang out but your mom said you had just left but she wouldn't tell me where.. weird. well anyways Nick invited me over! I screamed when I read his text lol ill tell you how it goes when I get home! love you" I started laughing after read Selena's text. Like hysterical laughing. "Whats so funny babe?" Joe asked me giggling along with me. my laugh was contagious. "Selena is coming over to your house! Nick invited her.." I stop laughing and sigh "that's great babe.. Doesn't Selena have like this ultra crush on Nick?" Joe asks "yeah" I say flatly "why are you so upset Demi?" He asks sounding kind of irritated "I don't know honestly.. It's just weird.. you guys are.. my friends. Nick is my friend, Kevin is my friend, Danielle is like a sister to me I don't know it's just weird" I rant. "Calm down babe, we're still yours. he kisses my hand" I open my other text "that's so great that you're coming over! wow! see you later I guess  :-)" Nicks texts always make me giggle because he types these stupid faces I don't even know why. I don't bother text either of them back. Ill see them in a few minutes  anyway. I sigh as we pull Into Joe's driveway. "Ready to have some fun?" Joe asks me smiling "mhm.." I say quietly & wait for him to open my door for me.
