“Harry Potter, again?” Katie heard Niall’s voice enter the flat they shared.
“What can I say? I’m a potterhead.” She smiled, turning back to the T.V.
“Whatever you say Princess.” Niall kissed her forehead before walking into the kitchen.
The movie ended about ten minutes later.
Katie grabbed her phone opening the twitter app.

“What do you want to do for dinner?” Katie asked from the couch.
“I was thinking maybe we could go out?” Niall responded, emerging from the kitchen.
“Sure, sounds good.” Katie smiled.
“I know just the place, too!” Niall said, a big grin spread across his face.
“And where might that be?” Katie stood up, walking past Niall and into their bedroom.
“Surprise. Just wear something comfortable.” Niall smirked peaking around the bedroom door.
“Comfortable, eh?” Katie said cheekily.
Niall nodded before walking away.
Katie threw on a pair of dark skinny jeans and a pale blue shirt, her wavy brown hair got tied into a tight ponytail.
About twenty minutes later they arrived at the destination.
“Niall!” Katie wined. “Why do I have to wear this stupid blindfold?”
“You’ll see.” Niall chuckled slightly.
The car door opened and shut, a few moments passed before Katie felt the rush of cool air engulf her as Niall opened her door carefully guiding her out.
“Okay, no peeking, just hold on to me.” Niall told Katie.
“What else am I supposed to do?” She replied sarcastically.
After a few steps forward, Niall removed the blindfold from Katie’s eyes. The gasp that escaped her mouth was nothing short of quiet and Niall smiled.
“It—it’s the place we had our first kiss?” Katie looked up at Niall, smiling brightly.
“I thought it would be a good place to have a dinner, just the two of us?” Niall said.
“Well, Mr. Horan, you sure know how to surprise a lady.” Katie smiled.
Niall laughed lightly, a slow blush crept into his cheeks.
“Niall, you’re blushing?” Katie laughed, poking Niall’s cheek softly.
Niall grabbed Katie’s hand and led her over to a blanket spread out in the field of flowers.
“Katie, I—I really, god, Uhm…” Niall stumbled his words, the blush intensified.
“Niall?’ Katie asked a little confused.
“Katie, these past six months have been perfect, and I couldn’t imagine my life without you and I just…Katie…I love you…” Niall stared into Katie’s hazel eyes.
“Niall, I—“ Katie smiled. “I love you too.” She looked into Niall’s blue eyes they sparkled in the setting sun.
Niall cupped Katie’s chin in his hand and pressed his lips to hers, what began as a soft kiss slowly intensified into a burning need. Niall’s tongue pushed its way into Katie’s mouth, causing a soft moan from Katie.
“Niall…” She said, breaking from the kiss.
He looked down at her tiny frame under his and laughed slightly.
“God, I love you so much.” He pressed his forehead to hers.
“I love you too. I always will.” Katie replied kissing Niall sweetly on the nose.
"How about that dinner now?" Niall laughed.
"Food is always number one on your mind." Katie rolled her eyes, but laughed.
"Second to you." Niall smiled.
Katie smiled back. 'I am so lucky' she thought to herself.
