You awoke to what it seemed a hospital bed, you sat up and looked around.
'A light green blanket, white bed sheets, white pillow.. Huh? Medical equipment? A TV screen showing the rate of heartbeat? Oh wait, what is this pla- EHH?? I'M WEARING TEAL-COLOURED CLOTHES?!' You mentally said to yourself.
It felt surreal, like as if you were in a dream. The room looked as if it were from another universe, or should I say year, because it was the 19th century. You were about to get off the bed when, "OOOWWW!!" You screamed. There were wounds on your head and back, and for sure your bones were fractured before you arrived here.
'What the hell? Why am I like this? Wait.. W-WHAT IS WITH THESE BANDAGES?!'
You didn't know you had died and you revived. But one thing is for sure, you were now a Grim Reaper. Of course that is, if you don't want to be one, then you'll die for sure. But let's not get carried away with being a Grim Reaper.. Yet.
"Owww.." You groaned. You laid your hand on your forehead, and there were bandages. You were clueless to what was going on, but instead of exploring the room, you had no choice but to rest instead of hurting yourself again. Sighing, you laid your back on the bed, and observed the room, occasionally spacing out.
There was a light knock on the door, then the door was opened. You had no idea why the nurse had knocked on the door knowing you wouldn't respond. You were greeted by a cute young white-skinned woman, or should I say a teenager, who had long brown hair and brown eyes, she wore a white nurse hat, a white short-sleeved uniform, a white knee-length skirt, and a pair of black shoes. You had also seen that she wore a pair of white gloves. She brought a clipboard and pen with her, along with a plastered sweet smile.
'What year is this?' You began to question what year it was. Until it struck you, 'Wait, is this.. The future??' You thought about it for half a minute, unfortunately being interrupted by the attractive nurse coming towards you. She took out her clipboard and pen.
"[F/N] [M/N] [L/N] was it?" She smiled, and giggled.
"Um yeah.." You watched her write down on her clipboard.
"How are you feeling Miss [L/N]?" She asked, having a cheerful smile. You were a bit annoyed with her using your last name since you weren't really fond of people calling you by your last name. And you were also a bit annoyed of how high-pitched her voice was.
"Please, call me [Y/N]. And well I'm not sure why my torso and head are bandaged up." You looked at her blankly.
"Oh! A tall man with long gray hair had you come here because he had said you were wounded badly, so we took care of you. Oh and it's free of charge Miss [Y/N]!" She chimed. You had a feeling that she was really outgoing. No wait.. She already is. You couldn't help but take an instant liking to her, at the same time you were annoyed by her cutely high-pitched voice.
"Another thing, you are to remain in this hospital until you are fully recovered and all your classmates are prepared!" She suddenly said. Your eyes widened.
"Classmates??" You stared at her, dumbfounded. She looked at you as if you'd said something weird. "What classmates? Wait.. Other than that, where am I?" You asked.
"You're in the hospital! And you have a team of classmates for your training academy at the Grim Reaper Dispatch Association." She grinned. You were surprised of how she is this happy.
"What Grim Reaper Dispatch Association..?" You were so confused. You could tell by her face that she was pouting at every word you were saying. Honestly, you found it a bit childish for her to pout like that. She sighed then checked her watch.
"OH MY GOODNESS I AM LATE FOR THE MEETING!!" She gasped, and rushed herself to the door. You stared at her blankly.
"I really apologize for the inconvenience Miss [Y/N]! But I have to go! Oh and if you're wondering, you can call me Chūrippu-chan, I'll be taking care of you along with Nurse Rōzu-chan! Bye byeee!~" She let out a high-pitched bye and you were left there alone, still dumbfounded.
Bit thank God her high-pitched voice was gone. You were getting a bit annoyed by her high-pitched voice, because it sounded so squeaky and you felt like you were talking to a mouse. You sighed and looked up at the ceiling. Being calm and enjoying the silence. Until you had a question in your mind.
'Who's Rōzu-chan?'

I will continue writing this story whenever I feel like it. So if I don't write, it doesn't mean I'm dead xD. It just means that I'm busy with school or whatever :v
Anyway I hoped you enjoy the story so far! I had spend an entire hour on coming up with the setting! XD
Oh and by the way, Chūrippu and Rōzu are just random characters who I had in mind! But maybe I'll make them into OCs soon, but I'm not good at drawing Anime! ;v;
Plus I apologize if this chapter was a bit.. Silly XD
It's because Chūrippu-chan is a hyper teenager and Rōzu-chan is somewhat a smart and silent teenager ouo
