Desiree:
Life is hard.
There are things that you want but you don't have, things that you have that you don't want, and people that you can't stand but have to deal with anyway.
Life is also wonderful.
There are so many things to be thankful for. Not many know how important the little things are in life until their life is over and they can't appreciate them. It sounds cheesy, but it's true.
But then there's this little thing called love.
It can make life either wonderful or disasterous. It can make you feel amazing and tear you down at the same time. It can make you who you are and change you just as fast.
And of course, it can break your heart so quickly you don't even realized what happened.
I used to be one who was in love with being in love. I loved the feel of protective arms around me, never to let go. I was amazed with the fact that there was someone out there that was destined to be with me.
But now, I realized how love can destroy you. How, when you suddenly don't have your loved one with you anymore, it ruins you life. Makes you feel like the world is being pulled out from underneath you.
Life is hard, but love makes it harder.
