Review~

The Hunt is a brilliant book.

One statement speaks for itself. It was brilliant. It was full of action from page one to page two hundred and ninety three! It was a book that had my heart racing and my butt on the edge of my seat - or bed? I cannot remember where I read it, actually maybe I read it in the shower? :o Who knows, but it has kept its rightful place on my book stand for over a year now.

Another vampire book......again! Yes, but trust me, Andrew Fukuda has gone old school on us by making the vamps in this book, the baddies! Seems like such a long time ago, when vampires were bad. But now, they have earned their way back onto the evil list, and guess what? They are here to stay.

The Hunt was so inventive- and I mean - I N V E N T I V E (with capitols, if you can't already tell!) There are so many new ideas surrounding the vampire genre and Andrew Fukuda has hit the bullet, between the eyes with this one. At times, there were paragraphs where I had to re- read over, to fully grasp what was actually written, and afterwards realised how much I enjoyed all the weird characteristics that Hepers and the Vampires have.

If you are still baffled about what the whole concept of the story is, the closet link I can find, would be  The Hunger Games. Even though there is no epic love triangle between the girl on fire,  the boy with the bread, and the INSANELY HOT GALE,  there is a televised hunt, which still in my head is kinda creepy..........

But any who! The Hunt was a truly gripping novel, and definitely not for the faint-hearted. More action, blood and rebels! In my perfect world, it is the perfect book. I give The Hunt 8 STARS OUT OF 10 and I definitely recommend you 'sink your teeth into this one.'

Oh snap! See what I did there! Yep, immature is my middle name.

I DO NOT OWN ANY 'THE HUNT' MATERIAL. ALL CREDIT GOES TO ANDREW FUKUDA.
