At home, I mostly confided in to getting caught up with my bills, paying them. I worked for Journaling, which required me to write them. I work from home so that's great.

Moving on, I was expecting a call from Ashton. We hooked up yesterday and I'm following through my part of the deal: a date.

On queue, my phone began to ring, making me answer it.

" Hey Karai. " Ashton's voice was heard.

" Hey. You on your way? "

" I'm outside your door. Let me in. " He had a faint chuckle laced in his response, making me smile.

I opened the door, seeing him dressed in a grey long sleeved shirt, ripped jeans, and boots. His hair was tied back into a man bun again.

" You look nice. " We spoke simultaneously.

I only had on a large sweat shirt, leggings, and vans. My hair was lazily pulled in a messy bun.

" You ready?"He held his hand out.

I took it with a smile, nodding yes. I locked my door and took a walk with Ashton.

It was a chill date, I could tell.

" So Ash. Have you always had a thing for me? " I ask.

" Well I noticed you were very beautiful. " He smiles, winking down at me.

He's so hot.

"What about you?" He bit his lip.

" I always thought you are the cute one and your laugh basically made me melt. " I confess, my cheeks burning, despite my brown complexion.

Instantly he giggles.

We walked and talked, coming across a gas station. We entered the store, seeing Luke inside, buying looks like cigarettes and condoms.

" Luke,  you don't smoke and you have no game so who are these for? "

" Louis and Harry are adopting a baby son and they're having a baby shower. " He replies, annoyed.

" You aren't gonna give them that are you? They don't use condoms, and the baby won't even know what it is. " I try to reason with him.

" Louis smokes and the condoms are for me. " He pays the lady, "I have game, just didn't tell you about it. But if you don't believe me, ask your sister. " He smirks and leaves.

My mouth hands open in shock, my eyes burning holes into his neck. Ashton grabs my hand, snapping me back to reality.

That bitch slept with my sister. Probably while we were together cause she hasn't came back to the states in four years.

"You okay? "Ash asks.

I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him, hoping it will take my thoughts off of that-

" What was that for? "Ash smiled at me

"Ashton, I really need you to take me away. To another world. " I whispered

" Thats physically impossible, babe. " He chuckled. 

I hit his chest, and we walk out, going back to my place. 

His arms wrapped around my waist, a smile, that I made surface his lips, and a pounding of his heart that I caused.

" I actually had fun doing nothing with you. " Ashton tells me when we made it back to my house.

"Me too." I couldn't get Luke out of my head. That bastard. Ugh.

" So you wanna do it again? "

"Definitely. " I smile, actually want to do it again.

He soon left,  leaving me alone.

I stared at my phone, longing to call that bastard. And before I could stop myself, my phone was pressed against my ear, waiting for an answer.
