Ch - 15 The End

Amy's P.O.V

Everyone gathered outside the manor. I had booked the plane tickets for everyone. Right now all the Cahills were chattering non-stop. Natalie had dragged Ian for shopping and had apparently brought Dan some suitable clothes which was why Dan was glaring daggers at her and whinning at me

Natalie was taking to Ian, probably complaining about the Pizza Dan had made her have for lunch. Sinead was wearing a red baseball cap so Hamilton had probably taken her to do some sporty thing.

Ditto for Ned and Ted had a guitar with him so Phoneix had probably taught him to play it. He looked happy to get another talent...

As I watched all of them my heart felt a little heavy. Who knew when we would meet each other. This reunion had been such a great idea...

I felt a flutter in my heart as I thought about Ian and a slight blush crept to my cheeks when I thought about that kiss. I think I made the right choice. Is it my imagination or does he look happier...

Earth to Amy! Dan yelled in my ear and I jumped

I think they are getting late he said

I shook my head. You want them to go?

Not really. Though I would be very happy to see the Kabras go away

Dan!

What! Don't want your boyfriend to go?

I glared at him but and fortunately for him, the cabs and a limo( for the Kabras ) arrived just then.

Everyone looked in that direction. The sad truth of leaving probably dawned on them and they grew quiet.

So... I said

It was really great having You all here. We should probably plan these things more often

Awesome! Hamilton grinned

Yeah, its fun Phoneix agreed and everyone started nodding

I'll miss you Sinead said as she came over to hug me

Everyone started exchanging hugs, good byes and hi-fives

Me too I whispered back

And I want a full report on what happened between you and Ian she said looking into my eyes

I think I must be staring at her for she laughed. You're not the only one who knows it all!

I smiled. I proceeded to hug Hamilton, Jonah, Reagan and Madison, ruffling Phoneix's hair, Exchanging good byes with the Starlings and shaking hands with Natalie

In the end I raised my hand towards Ian but he enveloped me in a hug

I'll miss you Amy he said

Me too I whispered

Sure, love he smirked and I rolled my eyes

Everyone piled in the cabs and the limo and waved goodbye. And I was just able to catch Ian wink from the window as his Limo disappeared down the street

As I lay sprawled on my bed I replayed the whole reunion in my mind. I laughed at the truth and dare session, grew thoughtful at the water park and ultimately fought the urge to get in the next flight to England

I sighed. Would this Long distance relationship even work?

Probably not I thought

He wouldn't even remember what happened and would never call again. Maybe this would be another incident like Korea for him.

Suddenly my phone chimed and I looked up at the message I had received

Natalie is boring me to death with the fashion gossip. Need a rescue. What are you doing? - Love Ian

I couldn't resist the smile that came on my face as I started typing back an answer and thought something

Then again, maybe not...

* Confetti drops everywhere and party boopers blare*
