Scarlet's POV~

I'm walking with the guys out of the airport and we look so wonderfully strange together. A mass of black wandering through the crowds of people fluttering past us. I slept well last night, so I didn't really sleep much on the flight itself. Instead, I found myself listening to music and reading a book. Rick did the same beside me and other the side of him, Vinny was in and out of naps. Chris was out of the bed when I woke up today and a part of me was disappointed in a way.

I hate that part of me.

Our drive is short to the venue and we're reunited with a tour bus again. Today is a day off for them, so I'm not too concerned about rushing into my work. I claim a spot at the table with my laptop, Rick on the other side of me doing the same. As we both edit our individual work, Justin and Ryan take phone calls and Vinny loads up a game. Chris has already disappeared. A knock at the bus door pulls me away from my work. Is it Jeremy? We were talking up a storm before and after the flight this morning. I know we want to grab dinner tomorrow before the show, is he trying to do that today, too?

"Jeremy?" I call out walking over to the steps and to the door. Silence. "Ville Valo?" I jokingly ask with amusement. Rick snickers from the table and I swing open the door.

     Nikki.

"Oh, hey Nikki," I greet with a smile.

"Who's Ville?" He asks me with a goofy accent and grin.

"He is a very, very famous singer for a band called HIM. They're from Finland and he's a solo artist now," I smirk poking his chest.

"Isn't that the guy Ricky's in love with?"

"Pretty much," I answer bluntly, a smile crossing over after I say it.

"Eat shit you two!" Ricky exclaims from the table, stifling a laugh. We both snicker and I allow Nikki up the steps and he follows me to take a seat next to me and watches me work.

"These shots are sick, you're a great photographer," I hear him say as I swipe to the next photo to edit.

"Thanks," I reply with a smile.

He grins, "No problem. So how was your day with the girls yesterday?"

"It was a lot of fun. We shopped a lot obviously and we had so many strange but funny conversations"-

"Yeah, I bet you all were talking about boyyyssss and Twiiitterrrrr," Chris intervenes, emerging from the bunks.

"Noooo," I mock with a chuckle, "Anyways, it was just really nice spending time with them." Chris and Nikki chuckle. I watch him walk off and Nikki starts tapping his fingers on the table and let's out a gush of air. I raise a brow at him waiting for him to do or say something. Rick's gaze stays on his laptop, but I can tell he's paying attention nonetheless.

"Do you wanna go out and see a movie?" Nikki asks with a hopeful smile. Oh fuck. My faltering smile is hidden by my hair falling forward from leaning in so much to my laptop screen. I swipe my hair back and turn to face him. Get everyone out of the equation.

"Sure," I reply, a big breath leaving my lungs from my last minute thought process. If this goes well and it goes somewhere, great. Chris' words of advice are echoing in my head. I don't know and I'm just going to go with it. Nikki is a nice guy and I can picture myself with him if I try. It's a matter on if my heart even allows me the luxury. In the end, I'll be eliminating my odd love life right now.

"Sweet.." Nikki looks down with a smile before looking back up at me, "Does 6 sound good?"

"Yeah, that works. But can the movie beee a horror movie?" I ask, a small smirk playing my lips.
