A sad girl sat,
She just stared ahead,
A china doll stashed in her room,
Pain hidden in her eyes,
Many tears had been shead,
Her brain muddled with words,
And feelings that she couldn't explain,
She sat on the edge of the the brigde,
And awaited her fate,
Until one day,
She was pushed off the edge,
And she fell,
Emotions tumbling into her as she cracked and broke,
But all she knew,
She was the hidden China doll,
But the doll was revealed,
SHE was revealed,
Her emotionless mask ripped from her,
And her protective shield had run out,
And so the China doll fell,
She was now a broken china doll,
In a million pieces,
That could never be repaired,
Because society,
Society throws away broken things,
And although you though this story was finished,
There is one thing left to be told,
The sad girls parents came rushing home,
Happiness evident in their faces,
Bursting with good news to share,
They rushed up to their daughters room,
But they were shot down then and there,
Their little girl,
Their sweet China doll,
Had fallen into society's hands,
She had listened to the insults,
The daggers they threw through her soul,
This sweet, caring China doll,
She was now all alone,
She was not in a better place,
And her pain was not gone,
Society had killed her,
They had killed this sweet little China Doll.
