Stupid lycrawolf poison I fumed as my contractions got worse and I cried out in pain. Sam quickly scooped me up and ran to our pack hospital. I was crying as well as trying to breath through the pain. Sam was trying to coach me but I wanted my mate.
"Oh god it hurts Sam",I said wiping my tears. He just held my hand and encouraged me.
"come on Linds you got this plus Jace wouldn't want you to give up so easy. We got this so breath luna,just relax and breathe".
I grunted as another contractions snaked through my stomach. I was so frustrated and pissed. I swear if my mother was in front of me I would of killed her. My mate was laying in our room in a damn coma and here I was giving birth with our beta by my side instead of my mate. I cried out as another hit and I gripped Sam's hand to the point of breaking it.
"Ow holy fuck my hand...please don't break it Linds!!!"
I huffed in annoyance and let go. The doctor came in to check me and I was about to kill someone. See labor would not be this bad if my mate was here. A mate is able to help lessen the pain but my mate is in a damn coma thanks to lycrawolf poison. We are the only pack to actually have an antidote to it but it has to be admistered right away or at least within four hours.
"luna your fully dilated and ready to push".
Well holy shit.
"Okay nurse Stevens and nurse Miller hold her legs back for her. Sam go up by the head of her bed and let her hold your hand. Encourage the luna to push".
Sam paled and got into his position. His mate walked in and went to the other side. She smiled at me but all I could do was give her a watery smile.
Tears were running down my face and she wiped them.
"We got this luna. Now take a deep breath and push".
I nodded my thanks and started pushing. I rested in between but stayed pushing. Two hours later I was still at it and exhausted.
"the head is crowning...push hard luna".
I yelled out and pushed hard. It hurt a lot but out came our boy. He was so long and currently wailing his lungs out. I collapsed back exhausted and in tears.
"congrats luna your boy so cute".
After he was cleaned and wrapped in a blanket they handed to me. He looked just like his dad. Now to name him. Sam smiled down at us and touched his head. A nurse burst through the door and we all jumped.
"He's awake...the alpha is awake".
