Mirror

What do u see when u look in the mirror
I can't see a thing because my tears don't make my reflection any clearer
But when I can see I see this girl who's been strong for to long
Pushing through her days, is giving up right even though it's wrong
I see this girl whose been dragged through the mud covered in dirt
And is so familiar to that pain it's no longer pain because it no longer hurts
I see this broken girl who has lost more then she will ever gain
That's a reflection of a girl who is lost more than the sight and the feeling of pain
But don't be misled or misconstrued this is a reflection of a girl who wants to be done but never will be
A simple reflection of a girl whose demons want her dead and gone but her giving up they never will see
Because as this girl looks in the mirror she realizes giving up is something she can't do
Not after everything not after all the pain the suffering and the struggle she went through
