ABBY'S POV

I run through the hallways, his laughter ringing through my ears. "Abby, no matter where you go, I'm gonna get you!" He says laughing. "You wish, Finn!" I shout and laugh. I look back to see he's getting closer. I pick up my pace, and just as I'm going to get away from him, I trip. I trip over a bloody book. I knew books were bad for your health! No one EVER listens to me. Finn gets to where I am, and kneels down to my position. "You alright babe?" He asks me, holding my chin with his fingers, causing my face to go upwards. My eyes meet his. "Yeah." I breathe. My mind stops working when I look into his eyes. He leans in towards me and his lips meet mine. I wrap my one arm around his neck, and my other gets tangled in his hair. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me into his lap. My legs wrap around his waist, pulling him closer to me. He pushes me against a wall. His head goes towards my neck. He starts sucking my neck, going towards all of my sweet spots. I moan his name as I grip onto his hair.

"FUCK!" I shout as I shoot up out of my bed. I'm drenched in sweat. Oh fuck, oh shit, how did I have that dream, about FINN!? What the hell is going on. I look at the time and see that it's 2:04 am. I look over at Brooke and see that she's fast asleep. I go to the bathroom, lock the door and run a bath. I sit on the toilet seat as I wait for the bath to fill up. I get some pyjamas from the cupboard. I tie my hair up into a bun. How the hell and why the hell did I have that dream. What does this mean. Do I like Finn? No. I can't like Finn. I just can't. This is crazy. I can't have feelings for Finn, he's like my best mate. What the hell is going on? I see that my bath has filled up. I turn off the taps. I open the little cupboard at the bottom and grab some relaxing oils, courtesy of Hogwarts. I pour them into my bath and light some candles around the bath. I just want a relaxing bath, to get rid of all my worries and thoughts. I grab my iPod and my headphones. Yes, I know, everything is in my bathroom. Leave me alone. I plug my headphones in and I plug them into my ears. I press play, and 'Kill em with Kindness' by Selena Gomez comes on. I jump into the bath, and it feels like absolute heaven. I feel like all my stress and worries have gone away. I lean my head back and shut my eyes.

My eyes jot open. I look around me and see that I'm still in the bath. "Fuck." I mutter. I check the time, and it's 7:03. "WHAT THE FUCK!?" I shout. I jump out of my bath, and let the water go down the plug. I blew out the candles. I look at my skin and see I'm completely wrinkly. Oh for gods sake. I utter a non verbal spell and my skin goes back to normal. I grab a towel around myself. I go to my room and throw on my pyjamas. I pretend I'm asleep.

The alarm goes off. I check the time and it's 7:30. For the first time in ages I have woken up on the right time. "Brooke." I say, and chuck 2 pillows at her. She moves a bit, but doesn't wake up. I chuck 2 more, and she jots up. "Damn you." She mutters. She goes into the bathroom. She comes out a while later. "I don't feel like going classes today, we're gonna get tortured by the Carrows anyway, what's the point?" I say, flopping back down onto my bed. "Neither do I." She says. We go down into the Common Room. I have something planned. Brooke makes the entire room soundproof, so no one outside the room can hear. "Sonorus." I point my wand to my throat and say. My voice booms through all the dorms. "Can all seventh years please come down to the Common Room, no matter what state you're in. I repeat, all seventh years come down to the Common Room, no matter what state you're in." I announce. I put my wand down and I fix my hair as I hear the footsteps of hundreds of seventh years coming down the stairs. I stand on a table.

"Now that everybody is here, I'm going to start. Who here feels as if we're not being taught anything that's actually gonna help us?" I ask. Everyone raises their hand. "So, we were thinking, we should start up the DA again..." As soon as I mention the DA, everyone cheers. "Good! Whenever it's lesson time, we'll all meet at the ROR. Does everyone know how to get to the ROR?" I ask. Everyone nods. "Good. We'll start today." I say, and I step down from the table. Everyone rushes to their dormitories to change. Brooke and I go to ours too. "Well that was a success." Brooke says. "Yeah." I laugh. I put on a black loose top, with a black sleeveless crop top underneath, I put on black jeans and black doc martens. I tie my hair up into a bun and put on some make up. I throw on a leather jacket. "Let's go." Brooke says, throwing on a white denim jacket. We walk out of our dormitory and out of the common room. We go to the ROR. We enter, and see all of the seventh years. "ALRIGHT QUIET!" Brooke shouts, they all shut up and listen. "In case you're wondering, we're still gonna go Quidditch, don't worry. But if ANYONE here, is to tell the Carrows, or any other teacher about where we are, they'll receive a severe punishment. And we're not joking!" People nod firmly. Neville claps his hands together, "Ok, let's recreate the DA!"

We've been working for HOURS! It's been an entire day and we haven't gone to any lessons. "It's dinner time now. "Alright everybody, good job! We'll split for dinner, and we'll meet tomorrow after lessons." I announce. Everyone grabs their stuff and leaves. The only people left are Finn, Callum, Rebecca, Katie, Brooke and I. "How do you think that went?" I ask them, grabbing my bag and walking over to them. "It went well. Everyone seems interested. It'll be good practice." Callum says. Brooke and I smile at him. "Can we please go to get some food, we're starving!" Rebecca said. We all laugh and walk out of the ROR.

We go to the hall and sit down where we can find a space. I look at the teachers table and see McGonagall staring intently at me. Shit! I look away and nudge Finn, who's sitting next to me. "Hey. McGonagall was staring at me, do you think she knows?" I whisper to him, not wanting anyone around me to find out. "No, how would she find out?" Finn whispers back. I look at him, a bit worried. He put his arm around me and pulls me into him. My heart skips a couple of beats. "It'll be fine, don't worry about it," he says letting me go. He smiles at me reassuringly, I smile back, and start eating.

I'm leaving the hall when I get pulled back. I see that it's Minnie, (our nickname for McGonagall) oh crap she knows something. Play it cool Abs. "Yes?" I ask tiredly. "Where were you and the rest of the seventh year Gryffindors?" Minnie asks me. "I was ill, I don't know about everyone else," I lie. "Isn't it convenient?" Minnie asks me. I shrug. "Listen I know things aren't too well currently, but you still need to come to classes, you and the rest of the seventh years. I don't care what your reason is, I don't care if you're on your deathbed, you're going to come to classes." Minnie lectures. "BUT WHY!? IT'S NOT LIKE THE CARROWS TEACH US. THEY'RE CONSTANTLY HURTING US, WE DON'T EVER LEARN ANYTHING USEFUL!!" I blow up, in front of her face. "Yes, I know. I know how much they've hurt you all, physically, but I can't do anything about it, neither can you, we all just need to carry on like we would always." She says calmly to me. I feel a bit guilty about screaming my head off at her. Oops. I nod my head. "Go on, off you go." She says to me. I leave the hall and run to the common room. I say the password and the portrait opens up. I see Katie and everyone else sitting there. "Where did you go?" Katie asks me. "Minnie held me back, to ask where everyone was at lesson time today." I tell her, sitting down next to Callum. "What did you say?" Bex (Rebecca) asks me. "I lied obviously. I told her I was ill and I don't know about everyone else, then she said that she knows that everything's a bit crazy but we still need to go to lessons, and I blew up, telling her about how the Carrows are pricks, and she said we still need to come and then she let me go, that's it." I tell them. They all sigh reassuringly. "It's definitely been a long day." Brooke sighs. "Definitely." We all agree. "Bed?" Callum asks. "Bed." We all confirm, laugh a bit and go to our rooms.
