Stepping out of the vehicle, Baekhyun stretched, looking around. First one here, I guess. Walking forward, he entered through the set of gates without anyone escorting him and reached a concrete bench, giving himself time to stretch and properly get the blood flowing through his legs again.
Seating himself, he tried to provide himself with entertainment by thinking of what the other people who were coming over were like and also why there was no security detail inside the gigantic fence that lined all but the very outskirts of the island he had been dropped off on.
Luhan hyung and Chanyeol are probably on their way, so maybe people involved in fraud or theft? Maybe they know when to come out once the specified number of people have entered? Does that mean there's some kind of motion sensor in that gate? Wouldn't that mean that once all twelve have entered, none can leave?
But then, how would reformed or deceased inmates leave? Is there another exit, or maybe there's code? If there's a code, they have no way to actually keep me here.
"Baekhyun?" The brunet's head looked up, the satisfied self smirk he had been giving himself in his mental wanderings being replaced by his regular teasing smile when he saw that it was Luhan who had approached him. Scooting over, he allowed the male to sit on the part of the bench he had warmed with his body, taking note of the youth's thin shirt and the breeze from the ocean flitting over the fence.
"How long have you been here?" The Chinese youth asked, glancing around at what looked to be a deserted place. Baekhyun shrugged.
"Who knows? I don't think it was that long, but it's summer and the sun's been out since I got here. Doesn't really look like it's moved, so I can't tell." Luhan nodded distractedly, not saying anything else.
Despite the silence, Baekhyun didn't allow the atmosphere to become awkward, and the corner of his mouth lifted slightly when he felt Luhan relax, leaning on the backrest of the concrete stucture they sat on.

Chanyeol groaned gratefully when he was finally permitted out of his transport van, cracking all his stiff limbs. Surprisingly enough, the journey to this place had been a lot shorter than expected, but he was tall, so he had gotten all cramped up.
"So you're here at last, huh?" His head shot up when a familiar voice reached out to him. Since it seemed that none of the escort officers were entering with him, he strode quickly in the direction of the sound.
"You're here already?" He blurted the moment he saw Baekhyun and Luhan seated on a concrete bench, looking alert. The two nodded and Chanyeol joined them on the bench.
None of them knew where to go or what to do, so they sat in silence for a long while before the gates that they had all entered through were opened and two males made their way through, looking surprised at the lack of security within the large fence that cut them off from the rest of the world. Chanyeol squinted, and Luhan leaned forward, rising off the bench.
"Baozi?" He called out. The smaller of the approaching pair stopped to identify the one who had called him out.
"Lulu?" He asked tentatively.
"Kris hyung?" Chanyeol marched forward to meet the tall male halfway.
"Chanyeol? Fancy meeting you in a place like this!" The blonde greeted, giving him a bro hug. Baekhyun remained seated, watching the reuinion carefully, blinking when the gate was opened again and three males entered.
"Gege! Hyung! You're here!" The two giants were grabbed into a sloppy embrace by a third tree person, who looked incredibly excited, who had entered quite quickly after the pair when he took note of the taller's structure.
