"Argh!" Chanyeol screeched when a loud blaring sound fired off in his ears. Normally, he didn't sleep so heavily, but his mind had been exhausted from the journey and reunions. He had let himself go. Damn it, don't fall asleep like that again, Park. He scolded himself, sitting up properly and stretching, surprised by the lack of stiffness in his joints before tensing.

The other males had also woken up and were staring, surprised. At the centre of the room, a very tall stool had appeared, and crouched on top of it was a girl very much around the same age as the males, wearing a casual, comfortable grey jumper and white shorts. There was a bulge in her back pocket, so the young men assumed that she has used a blare horn to wake them.

"You're all awake. Good." She gave them a small smile. Blinking, the males didn't know what course of action to take.

"Yah, what are you doing here? This a secret government facility. You shouldn't be here." Junmyeon called, sliding off the bunk he had been sharing with Yixing. The girl's smile widened temporarily before disappearing.

"I know where this is. You don't have to worry about me." Hopping off the stool, she landed on her feet without making so much as a thud on the floor. Standing in the doorway, she looked over her shoulder at them.

"Sorry for the early wake up call. You weren't supposed to be up yet, but I just wanted to properly see you for myself. Oh, and welcome to Camp Exodus." She added,

"We'll get on great. Just...don't piss me off." She instructed, smiling again before disappearing. The youths looked at each other before Luhan quickly rose, trying to catch up to her.

"Hey! What are we supposed to do here? Where are we supposed to go?" He was taken aback when a set of cleaning materials were off loaded into his arms. The young woman smirked.

"Since you will be living here for who knows how long, and you won't get much freedom of anything after midday, we thought we might as well let the place you will more often than not sleep in at the end of the day be to your taste. We don't need any more bedroom suicides." She casually used her foot to push four large plastic buckets half full of water into the room as she muttered the last part.

There was a shocked silence. Jongdae blinked whilst cocking his head, trying to suppress the irritance he felt. Standing up, Kyungsoo removed a broom, a mop and a dust rag from Luhan's hold, handing the rag to Jongdae and the mop to Baekhyun. When they said nothing, he gently pushed them out of his way and held out the hand holding the broom.

"Sorry, your name is Jongin, right? Could you take this, please?" The silver haired youth took the broom silently, looking a little puzzled. Kyungsoo then gave Minseok and Yixing a bucket each and a mop to Junmyeon and Sehun and a broom Luhan and Tao. He then handed Chanyeol and Kris a dust rag each.

"Sorry, what are you doing?" Minseok asked when Kyungsoo also picked up a bucket, leaving one to the side. The small male blinked at him.

"She said that we have to make this place fit our taste. We might as well try to be able to actually sleep in here. If we split up, there should be a bucket, a mop, a rag and a broom in each group. We'll clean faster that way. Maybe then we can go to sleep again." They turned to the door to confirm, but she had vanished again.

Baekhyun and Jongdae smiled. Despite being younger, Kyungsoo always had been the mother of their trio. The other males had to acknowledge that it was a decent idea. Splitting up, they decided to work from the outside in. When they had divided into groups, they stood in a circle.

"It might be best if the room is swept first, then mopped." Junmyeon suggested.

"Whatever isn't on the floor should be wiped down with the rags first, then the rags should be soaked and used to better clean all the furniture." Minseok added. Nodding, the little groups made their way into separate rooms.

"So, how have you guys been?" Baekhyun asked, mentally kicking himself for trying to make such useless small talk. It was something he had previously mocked the other two for when they had met for the first time, and yet here he was, asking questions he probably already had answers to, if his own experience was anything to go by. Yet, he was actually curious to know how the younger pair had been. Many things could occur in the space of seven months. Jongdae straightened from where he was wiping the dust off the bunks, only slightly distracted by the youth's uncommon question.

"Why'd you give us the stuff?"

"The stuff?" Baekhyun understood immediately, and his eyes shot to Luhan, who was looking back at him with a bemused expression. Jongdae nodded, having every intention of getting answers. Swallowing, Baekhyun shrugged casually.

"I just thought, it might be fun to play with. Wanted to give them to you for Christmas, remember?"

"That's not it." Kyungsoo stated, his expression neutral. Looking at him for a few seconds, Baekhyun chuckled dryly.

"I thought that if you ever needed to get something, get out of somewhere...I dunno. I just thought maybe they would come in useful, for something." When the other two didn't say anything, waiting for more, the small brunet held up his hands, resting the mop in the crook of his arm before taking it into his hands, ready to start.

"I did something pretty big a while ago, and as a precaution for the two of you getting dragged into my mess, I made those so that you could make it out and continue to live your lives undetected, unafraid , so to speak." The room filled with silence as Luhan sat down on one of the beds, giving Baekhyun the opportunity to begin mopping after he had done his task of sweeping.

Jongdae reached into the bucket and soaked his rag, turning his attention to the furniture he was polishing and trying to decipher his friend's caged answer. Seating himself a respectful distance from Luhan on the bed, Kyungsoo kept his gaze trained on Baekhyun.

"That's all good and well, but what exactly was it that you did?"

"I'm pretty curious too. Hacking isn't uncommon in this country. On what scale did you hack that you got sent to what's supposed to be one of the most frightening places in the country?" Luhan added, lifting his legs so that the area under the bed he sat on could be mopped. Baekhyun sent them all a smile that didn't even reach past the bottom of his nostrils.

"You'd be surprised with how much you can gain when you search deep and long enough."

Chanyeol watched, intrested as Sehun and Jongin got to doing their jobs. It was obvious the two knew each other well, they both swept and mopped at the same time respectively, but even if their backs were to each other, they managed to gracefully move past each other without collisions.

"Why are you two even here?" He wondered, not realising he had said it aloud until he took note of all eyes on him. Sehun shrugged.

"We were involved in something, we were betrayed and we got caught."

"Ehh, what kind of answer is that? You're just like Byun." Chanyeol grummbled, scratching the back of his head. The younger almost cracked a smile, but managed to withold it. Finished cleaning their room, they made their way back out into the corridor with the intention of moving into another room, but paused at the sight on an unfamiliar young lady leaning against the wall looking, for all the world, rather comfortable.

Though surprised, Chanyeol was still able to recover his equilibrium.

"Who the hell are you? Where's the other one?" His hostile voice caused the other males to poke their heads out of the door, wandering what had caused the giant to speak in such a way. Grinning at them, the young lady tutted.

"Aigoo. Hyuna woke you up too early, but it looks like you've become too comfortable already. We can't really be having that here. Follow me."
