Penelope's POV.

It's been a few days since a load of shit has happened.

Ethan asking me to prom.

Buying a prom dress.

Beating the shit out Lily.

Jamie is MIA still.

My new start without him.

I still go to the beach at odd hours and just think.

"Penelope" I get snapped out of my thoughts by Dylan speaking.

"What?" I snapped my head towards him and the girls surrounding the lunch table.

"You like spaced out for a good 10 minutes" Emma chuckled.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah" They nodded.

"I didn't even realise, I was just thinking" I shrugged my shoulders.

"Not even gonna ask" Maddy says.

I look at my salad and feel sick. This is happening a lot feeling sick especially when thinking or looking at food. No I'm not preggers. I still have my virginity intact.

I just don't know what it is, or what this feeling is.

I still miss him. I avoid his name in everything. When the girls are gossiping and giggling in school about when Jamie is coming back or when people whisper about what they heard with me, Jamie and Kane.

I was just getting sick off it.

I hate how shiny his brown hair was, or his green orbs. I hated it when he would smirk and then turn into a full blown smile that would make me weak at my knees. I hate how he would be so gentle but so rough at the same time. When he would run his hand through hair or pretend to scratch behind his neck when he was nervous. I hate his tattoos, his clothing, and his stupid face.

I heard the bell ring meaning the end of lunch. I looked at my food, I barely touched it. Eh.

I picked it up and threw it in the bin. I walked next to Dylan and tried to listening to what the girls were saying but truthfully it went in one way and came out the other.

We walked past Lily and she was in bright pink tracksuit on. She reminded me of Regina George when her but got massive. Her hair was a mess and dark circles were around her eyes. Her nose looks like she just had surgery on it. She saw me and scrunched her face up in disgust and then her face slowly turned into a red face. Someone was angry.

"Look what you've done!" She screeched loudly. I had to wince from the sound. "I have no one left! They all think I'm some bitch" She started having that eye seizure thing going on again.

"And that is my fault because?" I asked her.

"You did this!" She pointed to her nose.

"You slapped me and pulled my hair. I'm really glad people saw the real you" I smiled at her. "Your welcome" and walked off leaving her there.

All day 'm getting a lot of "Thank You" and "She deserved it" throughout the day. A bitch can only be a bitch for so long.

The last bell for today and everyone was running out because prom is tonight and they all need to get dressed.

I wanted to walk home today. Get some fresh air.

Maddy and Emma said they were coming over at 6, and prom started at 8. I didn't even get a say because I didn't even need to do much but they practically demanded that they get me ready.
