Stuck here with a monster

Chapter 6- What's that?

"No , Stop"

"What now?" - I said rolling my eyes annoyed

"You don't want to fight me so you'll get angrier at me. You already are angry. You just want to fight me because you want to fight me." - he said while waiting for me to admit that .

"I am not going to deny this. True , I just want to fight you." - I responded telling the truth , I just feel like I need to fight him , only then I'll feel a bit better.

"Without magic ? It won't be fun. I don't wanna get bored." He looks at me waiting for a response but since I didn't say anything he continued saying " Give me your hands" and then he gave me a soft smirk

"No way! " - I say immediately

" I am not asking for your hand in marriage Bon , I need them so we can try and get our magic back by bonding " - he said sarcastically , which I can't lie , it kind of made me laugh and I tried to hid it but I think he noticed it since I left out a small giggle.

"It's not what you asked, is the way you asked it"

"And how's that?" - he asked , waiting for me to say probably what he wants to hear.

"That thing you do with your eyes and the wink and the little smiles , they need to stop."

"little smiles? Bonster , I'm touched , that's sweet"

" Noo , I didn't mean it like that" - I said while laughing , it was against my will but couldn't help this one.

He looked at me and by seeing me laugh , his face sort of lighted up and then he gave me a warm smile.

"first time I hear you laugh in a long time , it's kind of cool."

"I laugh. Sometimes....sort of.. I don't know , umm last time I laughed was ...wait , I know it , I just forgot about it.. Last we..no umm wait ..." - I caught myself mumbling , trying to remember when was the last time I laughed and I noticed that he was looking at me and smiling during the whole time while I was mumbling ,as soon as I noticed that , to not make it more awkward that it already was I countinued saying " anyway that doesn't matter "

"No keep on going , it is fun watching you struggling to give me the recent date you had a good laugh , it has been a really long time , hasn't it?" - he said laughing and looking at me , well that made me blush a bit , because I sounded so stupid , I should have left it with "I laugh" only. Ughh why am I over thinking this? I needed to say something asap to pass this

"You don't have many reasons to laugh in Mystics Falls recently. " *sarcastically coughs* "you might know something about this"

"yes maybe. I am not the best wedding guest I guess" He said laughing

I laughed and said "you're the worst actually"

we were both laughing with that when suddenly his face was covered with fear and panic when he yelled at me

"BONNIE WATCH OUT , AFTER YOU!! "
