"Father!" Lark chirped. Lark had soared high through the crisp sky. Her Falcon wings drifting as the wind carried her. "Keep going!" Her father told her enthusiastically as his eyes shone with pride. Lark glanced at the large valleys and jagged peaks of The WaterBird tribe as she flew down. When she opened her eyes, she was back to normal. A beautiful Falcon headdress was crowded on top of her 10 year old head. Her beaded deer skin dress flapped in the wind. Her father glanced at her with kind eyes. "We should go back home. Your mother will be worried. She doesn't want our little Heir to get hurt." Her father joked. Lark was heir to the throne of The WaterBird tribe. Her father was the chief at only 30 and was still young and a great leader. As Lark and her father walked off, she wished she could be a great chief like him when she grew up.
