"Jessica,"

My name was said for all to hear. I couldn't believe it. Out of all the angles in heaven I was chosen to go and do a mission.

I stood from my spot and spread my wings. Then gently floated down to the ground to the angel that said my name. He was an angel of high level and position.

An archangel.

As I made it to the ground I bowed to show my honor for getting chosen and looked at him with caution.

I had never been chosen before but I knew some angels that were. They always say that earth is a place that as well as colorful and beautiful, can be full of evil and darkness.

I have waited for this day for so long that I don't remember what it is I am suppose to say to him. So I just stand there frozen in my spot.

" Jessica," the Angel said again.

" Yes," I reply. I know he can tell I'm nervous just from the way he said my name.

" You have been chosen to go with Gabriel and finish a mission on earth that wasn't accomplished."

As he says this my eyes widen as I hear the name Gabriel. Out of every archangel that has ever existed he is one of the most known and most important. I feel like I have been awarded the greatest achievement of all time.

" Thank you sure," I say. " I shall not fail you."

And with that the council was let out so I could get ready to leave for earth.
I thought my life could never get better than this.

Boy was I wrong.
