This is a story about a young werewolf who is abused by her pack and family.
Amara is just a normal 19 year old werewolf, but there is more to her story than most know.
She has always been classed as the "the runt of the pack" as she has a smaller build than most females in the pack and has yet to shift or find her mate.
All her life she has been beaten, screamed at and often feels like an outcast within her own pack. Things are no different at home the place where you are suppose to feel safe and relaxed.
Amara struggled to feel safe in her home due to her parents, lacking in love and comfort towards her, the people who are suppose to nurture, care and love you. She is constantly being torn down by their hurtful words such as " you are a burden to this family " and "we would all be better off without you in our lives ". Such words have began to tear her away from her own self-confidence and self-love.
Amara knows all to well how it feels to struggle day to day with anxiety and depression, which makes things more difficult in her life.
