*Maya's POV*
My phone rang and it was Bella.
"Yeah?" I answered.
She sighed. "Where the hell are you?!" Bella sounded mad, and a bit worried.
"Gyrospheres. And um, I gotta go. Call you later, or text!" I hung up and dodged a tree and then stopped next to the boys'.
*Bella's POV*
Dad turned to me as we entered the control room elevator. "Did she answer?"
I nodded. "At the Gyrospheres, but had to 'go'." I rolled my eyes.
Dad sighed and the elevator opened. I zoned out on the whole 'dad talking to the workers' until I heated the Indominus roar on the video cam thing.
Almost all the men died who went after it. I gasped and covered my mouth with disbelief. This thing is like, what's the word, unkillable? Yeah, that sounds right. They only had nets and tazzers. Tazzers an bets won't do much to try and kill the Indominus Rex.
Dad knocked over toy dinosaurs on who I believe is Lowery's desk, and walked to the elevator, and I quickly followed.
The doors closed. "They wouldn't call off that mission and won't kill the damn thing." Dad said between clenched teeth.
"How will they get rid of it?"
He rolled his eyes. "I have no idea, but they won't even evacuate the island."
Wow. Won't even save thousands of lives. I guess on Indominus Rex is more important than thousands of people.
