You truly were sleepy and Sans offered his bed while he slept on the couch. You felt bad, but insisted. You appreciated it and generously took the offer. Jacob didn't look to happy sleeping on the floor, but Toriel and Frisk had went to the inn.
You fell asleep sooner or later.

You woke up. It felt as if it were morning. Yet somehow, you felt....shorter. You walked around and saw a familiar couple talking to a skeleton. It was Sans. His eye glowed blue while the other normal. He seemed pretty pissed off.
"I cannot protect a human! Humans are not allowed in this area, y/m/n!" Sans sighed.
"Please! I will do anything! Just for the protection of our daughter."
"Fine. She must live on her own. She will live, for it will be Toriel who is helping her, but if she knew who you two were, her life will be endangered. You may leave a gift for her." Sans replied
You stood there, horrified. Thats why they weren't in your life? You tried calming down. It was for your own good. Right?
"Thank you, Sans. I wish she would be able to grow up with us..." Your father was in tears.
You tried speaking, but all that came out was "Awah bub dub"
You were a baby. They looked at you and Sans grabbed you.
"Its okay," He smiled. You looked into his eyes. They were back to normal.

You woke up. Was it all a dream? Did that really happen? Someone walked in. It was Sans.
"We heard you scream, I thought I might check to see if you were okay," Sans said, rubbing the back of his head.
"Er, yeah, I'm fine. Just a weird dream. Eh, Sans, can I ask you something?" You asked.
"Sure, ask me anything."
"Did- ah never mind."
"Uh, okay..." He said plainly. His eye flashed blue. Maybe it was true?
