Chapter Theme: The 1975 - Antichrist

"Hello, Lauren," Camila greeted.

Lauren was floored. First by her appearance, second by how suddenly she came back into her world. A vivid image appeared in her head of the last time she saw Camila. The way she said she loved her in front of thousands of people.

Camila looked different. She wasn't the same airy brunette she had met in X Factor. She was a woman. Her skin was a tad bit darker, evidence of the Sun beating down on it in the past. Her lips were full and enthralling, telling Lauren to lean in and capture them. And her hair was a light brown, and ended at her butt. She was a woman, Lauren thought.

"Lauren? Hello?" Camila waved her hand in front of Laurens face, and Lauren snapped out of her Camila induced trance. Her eyebrows were knitted together in confusion. Lauren ran her hand through her hair and exhaled a long breath of air.

"What can I help you with, Camila?" Lauren hissed, a bit too anxiously. Camila noticed and leaned in closer to Lauren. Laurens heartbeat could be heard from miles away. Camila surveyed the girls face. Her emerald eyes, that had captured her the first time they had met. Laurens thick eyebrows, that made her eye region stunning. And, her nice, plump lips. Camila wondered what they tasted like after all these years.

"Um, right, the house. I need you to survey it and make a drawing of it," Camila stated. Lauren shook her head and walked through the door. Camila shut the door behind her, bringing in a warm front of air.

The first thing Lauren noticed was the wall color. It was a beige, subtle but extravagant. Lauren felt an aura of creepiness crawl upon her. She shuddered. Suddenly, she realized she did not know where she was going. She turned to Camila, glancing at her expectantly.

"Go into the kitchen, Lauren," Camila demanded. Lauren shifted her position, searching for the kitchen. She decided it was west. As she walked, her thoughts caught up with her. She thought about the way Camila said her name. They way the L rolled off of her tongue. And the way she accentuated all of the vowels perfectly. Shaking her head, she reached the kitchen. Lauren was in awe, the kitchen was beautiful.

"Wow," Lauren stammered. She appreciated well-made structures, much like Camila. Camila smiled at Lauren, sparked by her awe. She loved seeing Lauren like this.

"You like?" Camila asked. She walked in front of Lauren. Lauren nodded. She then saw Camila come into frame. She paused, checking out Camila momentarily. Everything about this house was stunning, including the small Latina inside it.

"How did you afford this?" Lauren asked, dumbfounded. Camila gave her a stupid, but sarcastic smile.

"Fifth Harmony," Camila stated simply. Lauren looked confused.

"Do you remember? You know the band, that we all were apart of?" Camila asked sarcastically.

"You mean to tell me that this is what you saved all your money for?" Lauren quizzed, unbelieving Camila. Camila gave a humble smile and nodded slowly. Lauren just looked at her. For the first time in years, Lauren admired Camila.

"Okay, um the kitchen. What do you think?" Camila asked, breaking the silence. Lauren snapped out of her daze.

"This kitchen is perfection, it needs no improvement," Lauren stated. Camila looked at Lauren genuinely. Camila thought Lauren looked good, extremely attractive if you will.

"Like you?" Camila said. She mentally slapped herself afterwards. She didn't mean to say that, but it slipped out.

Lauren looked down at her feet, then to Camila. There was only one thought in Laurens head. And it was not one she particularly liked.

Lauren was starting to forgive Camila.
