Lost

Land

Me and mom were just separated from the others and now only we are headed for the land, I hope everyone gets found and we all get back together sometimes. It's gonna be hard without seeing my dad and sister for a while, hopefully not a "while". Ugghh everything is falling apart. We are getting close to land as we say our final goodbyes to bad we are going against the current or they
could swim over to us but they can't.
We are being dragged along by the waves the whale made they are too, but in the opposite direction.

"Gosh look at how close the island is now. It's been really hard to paddle against the current. But we are getting closer and closer by the minute

We have finally made it, it felt like we were paddling for about thirty minutes until we got to the land. Once we got there we scouted the area for food, animals, and shelter.

Right now we have like 1 week and a half of food and we have a knife and not much other things.

We are in pretty bad shape right now my mom is gonna be trying to build a shelter out of leaves and vine. While my mom is doing that, I'm gonna walk around and look for food.

The island seems mostly flat and with a lot of trees. It looks like there is some trails made by animals or something. I've been walking on those and grabbing Berries and fruit as I walk past.
