An Unexpected Adventure (LARRY STYLINSON)

CHAPTER 51

It's been a couple of weeks since Sandy was sick. The twins are now a little over a month old and they are doing really good. They are going to the doctor for their one month check up and Sandy is getting them dressed. George has come in the room and he asks if he could help get them dressed and she tells he can start getting Edward dressed. Once the twins are dressed they head out, George asks if he needs to get them a couple of bottles and some more diapers and Sandy tells him they need more diapers in the diaper bag and they will be ready. He gets what they need and they leave out the door and put the babies in the car.
They get to the doctors and get the babies registered and then sit down and wait to be called. After about 10 minutes they are called back and the twins are having to be stripped so they can weighed. Willow is the first and she now weighs 8 lbs. 9 oz. and Edward is now 8 lbs. 14 oz., the doctor comes in the room and tells Sandy and George that the babies are doing great and next month they will need to come in for their first shots. Sandy asks what day will that be and he tells them that it will be around the 17th of July and she tells him that they won't be back on that day. The doctor asks them where they are going and she tells him that they are going to the states to attend a wedding. Sandy also him that she is the one who planned the wedding and it is at her house there. Dr. Lilley asks when will they be back and George tells him that it will be close to the end of the month. He tells them to set up an appointment for the beginning of August then.
They get back home and Sandy goes and checks the mail. When she gets in the house, George asks what did they get and she tells him that they got the babies passports in. Sandy tells him that they need to get plane tickets because she needs to get home and start getting everything ready and to check on the guest house. She also tells him that she needs to go back home and get furniture that is going to be needed for the guest house. He tells her that he will get them booked in a little bit, she asks if he is going to coming with her and he tells that he is coming with her because she will have the babies with her and he don't want to miss that time with her and the twins. Willow wakes up and Sandy goes and gets her and changes her diaper and brings her in the living room and feeds her. As soon as Willow is done, Edward wakes up and she does the same for him. George is holding Willow and his phone rings.
When he answers his phone, it is Harry wanting to know if it is okay if him and Louis comes over for a little bit and he tells him just a minute so he can ask Sandy and she tells him to tell them to come on over because she needs to ask them a question anyway. George tell them to come on over and he says they will be there in about 30 minutes, they hang up with each other. A little while later Harry pulls up and they get out of the car and come and knock on the door. Sandy opens the door for them and invites them in and they all go and sit in the living room. Sandy looks at Harry and Louis and she asks them if they have picked a song for the first dance and they tell her that they haven't really thought about it and she tells them that they only have a month before they get married. Harry tells her that they will discuss it and let her know in the next couple of days and she tells him okay. George tells them that him and Sandy will be leaving in couple of weeks so they can start getting ready for the wedding. Louis asks if she has heard about the guest house and she says she has and it is ready. She tells them that when they get there she is going shopping for furniture to put in there. Harry asks if she has decided who is staying where when everyone gets there about a week before the wedding and she tells them that she is going to be renting a couple of travel trailers to make sure they have enough room for everybody. She tells them that she thought about putting their parents and the small kids out in the guest house and putting the bigger kids in the house with her. Sandy tells them that they will be sharing a room for the first few days there and then they will be separated, Liam and Niall will share a trailer. She is going to have a couple of extra trailers just in case they need the extra room for extra people.
George asks if they would like something to drink and they said they would and he asks them what they would like and Harry asks if he can have a coke and Louis asks for the same. Sandy gets up and goes to the kitchen and gets it for them. She goes back and starts to work on cooking dinner for them, but before she begins to cook she asks if they would like to eat with them and they tell her that they don't want put her out and she tells them that she will have plenty for them to eat with them, they say okay. After a few minutes Harry comes in and asks if she needs any help cooking and she asks him if he can cut up some of the veggies she needs for the fajitas she is making and he tells her he can. They stand in the kitchen cooking and talking about the upcoming wedding and she asks if there is anything special he would like to have at the wedding and he says he can't think of anything at this time but he would let her know before she leaves to go to the states. After about 20 minutes dinner is ready and she calls the other two in to fix their plates. Just as they are sitting down, the twins start crying and she gets up and goes to get them. She changes their diapers and carries them in and she sits down by George. George, Harry and Louis offer to take one of them so she can eat and she tells them to go ahead and eat. Sandy goes and gets one of their carriers and she sits one down in it and grabs a blanket so she can cover up and feed them. While she is feeding one, she is eating and rocking the other in the carrier with her foot. As soon as George is done eating he takes the one she is feeding to burp and she grabs the other and starts to feed it, she continues to eat while feeding the other. When the other is done eating, Harry offers to take it and burp it so she can finish eating. Once everyone is done eating, Louis and George offer to clean up since her and Harry cooked. Sandy and Harry end up taking the twins to their bedroom and change them into their pjs. They set the twins down in their beds and leave them to go to sleep and head to the living room.

It is now getting late and Harry tells Louis that they need to get home so they can let Sandy and George get to bed. They get up and tells them good bye and head out the door, Sandy stops them as they get to the door and gives them a hug and tells them thank you for everything. Louis looks at her and tells her that they should be the ones to be thanking her for everything she has done for them over the past few months. Sandy tells them it was her pleasure to help them with the wedding. Harry and Louis leave, George asks Sandy if she is ready to head to bed and she tells him she has been ready.
