It is now time for Sandy's next appointment and everyone is getting ready. Sandy has just finished getting ready and is walking out to the living room. When suddenly she starts to feel sick and has to run to the bathroom. She slams the door closed and it startles Harry and Louis, they run out of their room and go to search for the slamming door. They get to the room that George and Sandy has been staying in and knock on the door. Harry asks if him and Sandy got in a fight and she slammed the door and George tells him no. Louis says that they were getting ready and they heard a slamming door and was just trying to find out what was the matter. George asks if they checked the bathroom and they say that they haven't. The three of them head to the bathroom and they hear Sandy in there and she is having a violent vomiting fit.

George slowly opens the door and walks in. He kneels next to her and asks if she is doing okay. She tells him that this is the worst bout of vomiting that she has ever had and she is starting to feel light headed. He asks her if she is done and she tells him that she thinks so. George grabs a wash cloth and wets it and gently wipes her face with it. She tells him thank you and tries to get up; as she is getting up her eyes roll back into her head. George yells for Harry and Louis to please come and help. Harry is the first into the bathroom and he looks at her and sees that she is very pale. Louis comes in a few seconds later and asks what does George need him to do. George tells him to please go and clean off the couch so they can lay her down on it. Louis runs into the living room and quickly cleans off the couch, as he is finishing, George and Harry comes in carrying Sandy.

They lay her down and Harry goes and gets the wash cloth and rewets it. He comes back in and lays it on her head. George sits at her feet and rubs her legs, while Harry is holding the cloth to her forehead and rubbing her head with his other hand. Louis sits on the edge of the coffee table just watching Sandy. After about 10 minutes, Sandy wakes up and wonders what they are all doing watching her and George tells her that she started vomiting and as you were getting up you passed out. She asks if they are going to make it to her appointment with the doctor and Harry tells her if they leave in the next 10 minutes they will make it. George tells Harry and Louis that he will stay here with the twins because they aren't dressed yet and they still need to have their diapers changed. Harry asks him if he is sure he wants to stay there while they go to doctor and George tells him that it is fine. Harry and Louis get up and they head out to the car, George then helps Sandy out to the car. Louis tells him to place her in the front seat and he will sit in the back.

Harry, Louis, and Sandy leave while George goes back into the house. As he gets back in the twins are waking up and he changes them and then he feeds them. George is worried that Sandy will not say anything to the doctor about what happened, so he calls Louis and asks him to please make sure that something is mentioned about what happened and he tells him he will make sure to mention it to the doctor.

When Sandy gets to the doctors, Harry signs her in while Louis helps her to a seat. A few minutes later she is called back to a room. Harry and Louis follow her to the room and they all sit down. The nurse checks her vitals and tells her that her blood pressure is a little low and then the nurse tells them that the doctor will be with them in a couple of minutes. She leaves and Harry asks Louis who called him and he tells him that it was George and he wants them to make sure that something is mentioned about what happened this morning. About that time the doctor walks in and asks how Sandy is feeling. She tells him that she is not feeling well and that she had one of the worst bouts of vomiting she has ever had this morning. He asks her if anything else happened when that happened and she tells him yeah. Harry pipes up and says after she got sick, she passed out.

The doctor looks at her and asks if this is true and she says yes it was. He looks at her chart and tells them that it could have been caused by low blood pressure. He tells them that he is going to do a sonogram and check on the babies and he will be right back with the machine for it. They sit there in silence waiting for the doctor to get back. When he returns, Dr. Lilley asks where her husband was and she tells him that he stayed home with the twins because of her episode this morning, the twins were not ready and was still asleep. Dr. Lilley turns on the machine and then asks her to pull up her shirt, so she does. He goes to put the gel on her stomach and tells her it will be cold and she tells him that it is okay it doesn't bother her. Once the gel is on, he brings the wand to her belly and starts to move it around. As he is moving it, he says huh. Louis and Harry asks what is the matter and he tells him that he found something and needs to get another doctor to confirm what he found. He walks out to get another doctor.

Sandy tells them that she is worried that something is wrong with the babies. Harry tries to reassure her that nothing is wrong with the twins she is carrying. Just then the doctor walks in with another doctor. Dr. Lilley brings the other doctor over and puts the wand back on Sandy's belly. He asks him if he sees what he sees and the other doctor says he does. Sandy keeps asking them what they are talking about and Dr. Lilley turns the screen toward them. He shows them that there are 3 babies not two and that is why Sandy is having so much trouble with this pregnancy. Harry and Louis are just dumbfounded about this. Sandy looks at Harry and Louis with a sorry look on her face. They look at her and asks her what is wrong and she tells them that she is sorry about having triplets instead of just two. Louis looks at her and tells her that there is nothing to be sorry for and they are going to accept all three of the babies no matter what. The doctor asks if they would like a picture and they say yes please.

Sandy is given a cloth to wipe her stomach and then she is helped to sit up. Dr. Lilley tells her that she will have to come in every two weeks for check ups and she will have to stay on bed rest until they are born. Sandy asks if she will still be able to ride the stationary bike to keep her muscles from becoming stiff and he tells her that as long as someone is with her at all times that she can but she can't push herself and she tells him that these two will not allow her too. Harry tells the doctor that she and her family have been staying with them for the past couple of weeks and they will keep her at their house until the babies are born. The doctor tells them to keep a close eye on her and make sure she eats at least 6 small meals everyday and not let her get stressed. Louis tells the doctor that they will make sure she stays in good health until she has the babies. Dr. Lilley then asks why they are here instead of her husband and Sandy tells him that she is a surrogate for them and this is their babies as if it is any of his business. Harry asks Sandy to please calm down and they will be leaving in just a few minutes and then they will stop by and get something to eat and take it home so they can relax. She tells him fine and then they get up and leave.

As they are going by the receptionist desks, Sandy gets her next couple of appointment dates. They walk out and she tells them that she is going to tells George when they get home about the babies and they tell her okay. Harry tells her that they are going to call their moms and let them know about having 3 babies and not 2 like originally thought. Louis comes up to her and gives her a hug and tells her thank you for doing this for them and they really appreciate her doing this for them. They leave the doctors office and head to get something to eat. They get their food and head home.

When they get home, George comes out and asks what is going on and she tells him to let her go and sit down and then she will tell him everything. Harry and Louis follow them in with the food and they asks Sandy what she would like out of it and she tells them a little bit of everything. George sits her down and she tells him the reason she passed out this morning is because her blood pressure was low and she has to keep a check on it and that there are 3 babies and not 2. He looks at her like she has grown a second head and he asks what. She tells him that when they did a sonogram on her today, they found out that it's triplets and not twins like they first thought, so she has to be really careful and she is on bed rest most of the time. She is still able to ride the stationary bike but she is not to be alone at anytime while she exercises. Harry comes in and tells George that he told the doctor that she will never be alone as long as she is pregnant. He tells him that someone will always by her side. Sandy asks even if she is taking a bath or going to the bathroom and Harry tells her that George can be with her at those times and him and Louis will watch the twins while she is in there.
