The next morning, Sandy woke up and ran to the bathroom. She leaned over the toilet and vomited everything she ate the night before. Upon hearing this, George got up and came in to check on her and make sure she was okay. He told her that when she seen the doctor today, she needed to tell him how she has been getting sick the past couple of days. Sandy tells him that she had planned on talking to him about it and then she says that they need to call Harry and Louis and make sure that they are awake because they need to be at the appointment in just a couple of hours. George tells her he will call so she can get in the shower and clean up.

While she is in the shower, George is on the phone with Harry to remind him about the appointment in just a little bit. Harry tells him that they are already up and dressed, and are now eating breakfast. George looks and listens to make sure Sandy is still in the shower and once he is certain, he tells Harry that Sandy got sick again this morning and is in the shower cleaning herself up. Harry tells him that he will make sure that the doctor knows about how she has been getting sick lately. George tells him that he will see them soon, because he needs to help get the twins up and dressed. Harry tells him that they will be over soon and they will help get the twins ready, so Sandy can get ready and eat something before the appointment.

George goes back to the bedroom and Sandy is getting out of the shower. She comes into the bedroom and starts to get her clothes to get dressed. George tells her that Harry and Louis will be over soon and that they are going to help get Willow and Edward dressed. Sandy tells him that she can do that and he tells her no that they will do it so she can eat and feed the other babies she is carrying. They get dressed and head to the kitchen. George asks her what she would like to have to eat and she tells him whatever he wanted to fix. Just as George is putting her plate in front of her, there is a knock at the door. George tells Sandy to stay there and eat her pancakes, eggs, and sausage. George goes to the door and opens it and there is Louis and Harry. They come in and goes to the dining room, they sit and talk to Sandy for a couple of minutes. Harry and Louis get up and go to the twins room to get them ready.

Harry and Louis are in the twins room getting the ready and Sandy comes in. She asks if there is anything that she can help with and they tell her no and that she needs to go and sit down until it is time to leave. Sandy leaves and goes to sit down in the living room, just as she gets there she feels the urge to vomit and runs to the bathroom. As she is in there, Louis comes in and checks on her and asks if there is anything he can get for her. She tells him that she just needs a minute and she will come back in the living room. As she is coming into the living room, George tells her that it is time to go to the doctors. Sandy goes and puts her shoes on and starts to walk out to the car. George, Harry and Louis look at each other and they are worried about her. Harry asks if George if she has been doing this often and he asks what does he mean. Louis tells him that she just went outside and didn't even ask about the twins. George tells them that she has never done that before and he tells them that they really need to talk to the doctor about everything that has been going on with her lately.

They get to the doctors office and they get out, Harry and Louis grab the twins. George puts his arm around Sandy's waist and walks her into the office. George gets her signed in and sits down next her. Harry and Louis are holding the twins and looking a little worried about how Sandy is looking right now. Soon her name is called to come back and they all get up and follow the nurse to the room. The nurse checks Sandy's blood pressure, heart rate, and then tells them that the doctor will be there in just a few minutes. As the nurse shut the door, Sandy then asks about Willow and Edward. George tells her that Harry and Louis have them and they are okay. She looks over at them and gives them a smile. It hits her that she didn't even remember getting there and this worries her a lot. Sandy then starts to cry because she is scared.
