(Your POV)
I blinked slowly, my chest tightening. Did they find out? I barely used my magic when working...
I grimaced and followed him to another room.
To my surprise, the red haired lady named Erza, followed us. A door closed behind me.
"So...you wanted to talk?" I said nervously. " yes, take a seat child." He motioned to a chair, sitting down on another. Erza stayed standing. She seemed to be glaring at me.
" I have reason to believe that you are not telling us the truth..." He started. I groaned slightly, slouching in defeat. They knew.
He gave me a concerned look. " Urza believes you are a wizard. I want to know. Is this true?"
I looked back up at them, my eyes wide. What do I tell them? The truth?
I took a shaky breath, nervous as hell. " Y-yeah...its true ". Master nodded, closing his eyes. Erza smiled slightly, victory in her eyes. " So, (Y/n), why did you lie about being a wizard " Erza asked, curiosity lacing her voice.
It was a moment before i answered.
" I don't know "
This wasn't entirely a lie. I really didnt know exactly why i had lied about it.
My brother.
it was because of my brother...I was so bent on finding him.
Master sighed slightly and stood up " If you wish to join Fairytail as a wizard, you may ". I thought for a quick moment, wondering if i should.
Erza broke the silence by putting a hand on my shoulder " We would welcome you with open arms " she smiled after saying this.
I reluctantly nodded " alright, i will join your guild "
Master grinned, turning on his heel and walking back to the main hall. I followed happily, relieved that it had gone well.
I'm joining the guild for sure.
