Mike's POV
"Congrats Terry," I smiled. "Welcome to the family, literally."
"I thought we were already fam -" Mia hugged me around my waist. "Ohhh..."
"We are planning to get married," I smiled. "So, get used to it."
"Mia, you never told me this," Terry nodded.
"Only Mom knew," Mia nodded.
"Mike," Dad smiled holding up the car keys. "That green Ferrari out there, it's yours."
"Serious?" I asked grabbing the keys. Dad nodded. "Thanks."
"Well, Terry, you have fun in your new home," Mia smiled. "Mike and I have to get back to the Shiba house." Mia and I went to the Shiba house and sat in the common room. "Terry is safe. That's all that matters."
"Mia, your family is safe," I smiled as I put my arm around her. She laid her head on my chest and I put my other arm around her for a hug. "The world is now a safer place and now your family is safe."
"And we need to go look for a job," Mia looked at me. "Us being Samurais just ended with Xandred. What else can we do?"
"You could cook," I nodded.
"I mean a real job, Mike," Mia smiled. Her phone from her cheetah print backpack rang. "Ugh."
"That's not your Samuraizer, is it?" I asked.
"No," Mia sighed as she got out her iPhone 5s. "It's Kohl's." She picked up and put it on speaker. "Hello?"
"Yes, I'd like to speak with both Mike and Mia," said the lady.
"This is them," I replied.
"This is Dedtra from Kohl's," she stated. "We were calling to see if you are interested in the job."
"Of course," Mia smiled.
"How does today sound?" Dedtra suggested.
"Great," I nodded. "We'll see you in a few." Mia hung up. "We got a job." We went to Kohl's and Dedtra put a name tag on us. "Where's the boss?"
"Jeremy is right there," Dedtra pointed at a really built guy. "Go ahead and talk to him."
"Look at my two new associates," Jeremy smiled. "Any special skills? I'm also looking for associates to be here for Halloween."
"We actually have costumes," I smiled.
"What is it?" Jeremy asked.
"Can you not freak out?" Mia asked. Jeremy nodded. "Okay, ready, Mike?"
"Yeah," I smiled as we got out our Samuraizer. "Just don't make a big deal."
"Go, go Samurai," Mia and I stated. "Ha!"
We morphed. "We're Samurais," I smiled as we took off our helmets. "This is what we are for Halloween every year."
"Well, I only been a Samurai for Halloween for one year," Mia nodded. "So, this is who we were or are, still."
"You're Samurai Rangers?" Jeremy asked. "Why do you guys need jobs? Don't you have to save the world?"
"We -" Mia's glare stopped me. "I mean, she saved the world so there's no more evil to defeat every day." Mia nodded. "But we do have our Samuraizer just in case we do get called for battle."
"Please say you'll let us out of work," Mia suggested.
"The Samurai Rangers, you guys do what you need," Jeremy nodded as we demorphed. "But the two of you will be working a register." I smiled. "And that does require being nice to customers."
"I can do that," I smiled.
"I don't know about that," Mia nodded. "Well, as for now, we don't have to worry about saving the world and Moogers," Mia sighed. "We need this job after what you told Terry."
"What did I tell him?" I asked.
"That we're getting married," Mia looked at me. "Last I checked, we're still boyfriend and girlfriend and we are looking for a house because we can't always be at the Shiba house."
"You know, if you want, take today off and you can work tomorrow," Jeremy smiled. "Go and get you a house."
"Actually, we are working," I nodded. "We always take things very seriously."
"You sure?" Jeremy asked. He pointed at Mia. "Because she just checked out the first customer and you're still standing here."
"Mike, check your pace," Mia smiled. "Seems like its on zero."
"Yeah, I should get to work," I nodded. "Okay. I can do this. I can."
