Those words never came out of my mouth. Instead i just replied..

"okay..."

It seemed like everything and everyone had just stopped. Dom paused for a second and went to speak, yet hesitated almost immediately. I quickly got up to go to the toilet. I couldn't help but feel how terrible it must have been for Dom.

I still love him...
.. I just don't know if I can do this again.

Maybe one more try won't hurt.

We all left at around 7pm with 'business' to attend to. I got home and slammed my door shut. Elle had gone to LA for a while so i was left home alone.

I checked my phone and saw a missed phone call from Dom. I decided to ring him back for once.

"Hello...?"

"Hi.. Sorry about early, i mean, I feel a bit stupid now."

"No its fine."

"Really?"

"Yeah... Can you come to mine in about ten minutes?"

"Sure! Why?"

"Just stuff..."

"Okay see you soon..."

"Bye!" I hung up before Dom could get another word in.

I ran upstairs and tried to find the tightest pair of trousers I owned. I wanted to look good for Dom.. that was all. I put on a white t-shirt before sorting my hair out. I ran back downstairs as soon as I heard the doorbell ring.

I smiled at Dom who was stood on the door step. The moon shone dimly in the dark sky above him. "Come in..." I said and closed the door behind Dom once he had entered.

He seemed to be in a pair of skinny blue jeans and a grey top. It seemed like he tried to put a bit of effort in, I wasn't too sure.

We made our way to the living room. I sat in the armchair and Dom sat on my new, white sofa. "Why did you want me to come..?" Dom asked quietly, making direct eye contact with me.

"Because I... uh..." I didn't know how to explain it. Instead I simply got up and kissed Dom slowly, trying not to about how he would react.
