America hated paperwork. He really hated paperwork. He hated it so much he was looking at his phone for any excuse not to do his paperwork. America found himself practically jumping from his seat as he answered his cell phone.
"Hello?!" America answered happily. Also he hadn't looked at the caller ID so he had no clue who just called him.
"A-america," Canada's small voice said,"please l-lower the volume." America could almost see his brother cringe away from the phone.
"Sorry bro," America answered,"what's up?" Alfred leaned back in his chair and got comfortable as he waited for his brother's reply.
"Israel hasn't been answering her phone..." America dosed off after hearing that as his own thoughts went wild. Now that he thought about it, Israel hadn't called him in a few days. I mean with all her neighbors loathing her; Israel spent a lot of time talking to her friends around the world when she wasn't fighting off terrorists. Could something have happened to her?
"America are you even listening!?" Canada hissed into the phone bringing America back to reality.
"Sorry," America apologized,"um...is she like okay dude cause I haven't heard from her in a bit?"
"That's why I'm calling you!" Canada almost yelled and America could almost fell his face pale.
"I'll call you back!" America yelled as he hung up and called Kurdistand. He waited impatiently as it rang.
"Hello Mr. America!" A small girl answered making America smile slightly.
"Hi Iraqi Kurdistan," America answered,"is Kurdistan there?"
After a minute, the phone was handed to someone else.
"Hello Mr. America!" Kurdistan said happily,"what can I do for you?"
"Have you seen Israel lately?" America asked knowing if something bad had happened, Kurdistan would be one of the first to know.
"I haven't actually spoken to her in a few days, but I know she's okay. Israel texted me and said she'd be at Poland's house for a little while. I mean with everything that she deals with; she needed a vacation if only for a few days." Kurdistan said seriously and put America at ease a little.
"Big Brother!" Iraqi Kurdistan said a little annoyed,"come and play before Iraq comes back and makes you leave!" Kurdistan laughed and wished America luck as he went to play with his little sister.
America smiled slightly as looked up Poland's contact on his phone. He got a bit annoyed and worried when the Polish man didn't pick up. He tried again and got the same thing. America quickly called the only person who always seemed to know what Poland was up to.
"Lithuania how are you dude!?" America asked as Toris picked up.
"I'm alright America," Lithuania answered quietly,"Poland and Israel haven't answered your calls have they?"
"How did you know?!" America yelled almost blowing up the Lithuanian's eardrums.
"Lucky guess," Tori's answered,"anyway just head over to Poland's house if you wanna speak to Israel. She turned off her phone. And I think she's going to hang out with him for a while."
"Thanks dude!" The american yelled as he hung up. Lithuania looked at his phone for a minute and smiled hoping whatever the rest of his Polish friend's plan worked out.
~A Few Hours Later~
~This Time Skip is brought to you by Prussia dancing with Hungary~
Poland went to go check on Israel in the guest bedroom. They had been having a lot of fun just lounging around and goofing off the last few days. He almost couldn't believed how much she had grown over the years.
As Poland opened the door to the guest room he stopped dead in his tracks. There Israel was asleep in bed, but she wasn't the only one in the room.
"It's been like a long time," Poland said simply,"hasn't it Judah?"
