The New Principal

One Month Later...

Emily's POV

"Ms. Fields, please come to the front office" Someone said through the speaker. I looked at my class in confusion, "Uh, I'll be right back" I said to them.

I asked the teacher next door to keep an eye on my class while I was gone. 

I made my way to the front office, as I entered the front office I could see several people in one room, plus the Substitute Principal. Turns out, Ryan Rollins was having relationships with students also. Which is so disgusting, might I add. 

"Emily Fields, nice to meet you I'm the superintendent" One of the men said, I shook his hand, "Nice to meet you too..What is this all about?" I asked.

"Well, as you know there was some...problems with Rollins, he lost his place as principal-" I cut him off.

"What does this have to do with me?" I asked.

"We've been having substitute Principals, but we need one principal and we've all agreed that...you should be the new principal." I stood there in complete utter shock. I was trying to talk, but nothing came out of my mouth. I took a deep breath and calmed my nerves. 

"W-Why me?" I asked looking at the superintendent and at the 2 men and 1 women standing behind him. 

"We think that you're passionate about the job you have, we understand if you don't want to take the job because of your acting career but just think about it..." He said.

"No no, there's nothing for me to think about. I'll take the job, yeah I might be an Actress but I also have a passion for teaching." I said.

"Great! then it's settled, Emily Fields is now the new principal." He said. I signed a couple of papers he gave to me and by the time we were finished it was time to  go home.

[...]

At home...

"Babe!!" I scram as I went inside the house.

"What?! What happened?! Are you okay?!" She asked as she ran her way towards me. 

"Guess who's the new principal!?" I said as I grabbed her from both sides of her arms.

"Oh my god! You?!" She said as she grabbed the sides of my cheeks. 

I wrapped my arms around her waist, carried her and spun her around while I carried her in my arms. She connected our lips for a passionate kiss. "I'm so happy for you." She said as I brought her down to the ground.

"I love you so much" I said as I caressed her cheek.

"I love you too" She said.
