Rukia and Lieutenant Renji Abarai stand around the Senkimon wanting to go after Ichigo when their captains, Jushiro Ukitake and Byakuya Kuchiki run toward them. Rukia looks like she's about to jump through before Ukitake grabs her arm.
"Sorry Rukia, Renji but you have to stay here. You can't go after him. Head Captain Yomumora ordered it." Ukitake breaks the bad news before Byakuya can even speak. Byakuya grabs Renji
"I want you to go back to the barracks Renji."
Rukia looks like she's about to cry. Renji breaks free from Byakuya's grasp, grabs Rukia and together they go through the Senkimon. Looking more irritated than mad, Byakuya goes through after them leaving Captain Ukitake to report to the Head Captain. Instead of turn to the other path, Rukia and Renji head straight to the World of the Living. After they get there they go straight to Kisuke Urahara's shop.
"Hey! Boss the moocher's back!" A young red haired boy runs into the shop and comes out with a young black haired girl and a tall blond man wearing a green striped hat.
"Don't you call me that!!" Renji lets go of Rukia and grabs the boy's collar.
"Now now Renji, no need to hurt Jinta. He just used to calling you that now let him go." The man defends the Jinta.
"Kisuke, do you know what's happening to the Precipice World? Its split into two paths, and Ichigo's stuck where ever the new path leads!" Rukia demands.
"It's split into two?!" Kisuke questions.
"Don't you play dumb Urahara! I know you knew before us!!" Renji drops Jinta and approaches Kisuke.
"Alright! Alright! Calm down now Renji. Come on in you two." He walks away and goes inside with Rukia and Renji trailing behind him preparing themselves for the worst.
