Chapter 10

Alphonse was trying to take in the scene after Edward brought him to see the damage Ichigo had done with his "test". "So... Ichigo did this?"

"For the thousandth time 'yes' He did!" it was obvious that Edward was getting annoyed. Alphonse was still looking back and forth between the shattered bolder and Ichigo. "With his sword?" Alphonse asked. Edward moans, he's getting sick and tired of the questions. After Edward sat down in the grass nearby, Ichigo raised his blade above his head.

"Getsuga-TENSHO!" Ichigo swings his sword down quickly as a beam of blue light flies out of it and crashes through a bolder in front of him. Seeing this Alphonse falls back in shock. Ichigo turns to face the brothers as Edward jumps up and grabs Ichigo's collar.

"DO ME A FAVOR!" Edward says irritated, "Don't do that anymore! You'll destroy our home!"

"Cool!!" Alphonse jumps up pulling his brother away, "Is that all you can do?" Ichigo steps back shocked at the boy's enthusiasm.

"Alphon--" Edward starts but is cut off by Winry who's concerned call comes from behind the group of boys.

"Edward?! Alphonse?!" Winry stops panting in front of them, "What happened?! I heard a loud crash over here--" Her voice trails off when she sees Ichigo at the start of destruction of the river bank. Alphonse blocks her path to Ichigo, "Don't Winry, he was just showing us one of his powers and to do that he had to do this!"

"A-Are you sure?" Winry sounded a little scared.

"jeez!! Don't worry Winry. You know me come on." Edward gets up as he's speaking and walks toward the rubble. He looks around a little then claps his hands together then lowers himself to the ground. The land glows and seems to fix itself, after the lands seemed to go back in time Edward stands up and faces the shocked Ichigo. "Heh, you're not the only one with power Ichigo."
