Here, let me clarify. Do you like all music? Will you listen to every genre of music without hesitation?

But for the most part, you don't, so why don't you just shut the fuck up and sit your ass down because no, music is, in fact, not your life. You can THINK its your life, but the minute you sit down in my HOME and say that it's your life, we are never speaking again and you may be excused from all conversation ever.
And then another thing. If you're here to criticize the type of music that I LIKE right in front of my face, I'd like to give you a formal "fuck off you little shit" because it's what I like and if you don't like it well I don't give the slightest fuck if you like it or not because I NEVER asked you.
For example, today, I was talking to an old friend and they were saying how much they hate the band fun. Now, you can hate fun. All you want- I don't care and I never will. You are entitled to your own opinion and I will not deprive you of that right. But you don't have to say anything. You don't have to tell me. Fun. Is my favorite band and she knew that. So I went off at her.
I told her she can fuck right off and get the hell out of my space because we are not friends anymore. She didn't have valid reasoning, either. All she said was that they're a "hipster band that's too old for the industry" so I told her she's too old for life and she can go burn in hell because she doesn't know what she's talking about.
All I said was that I was going to their concert and she went off on this rant at me about how bad they are and how much they suck and I should never have wasted my money but how DARE she?

OH! And when people shoot other people down for the kind of music they like? We never asked you whether you thought it was cool if we liked Alternative Indie so why the fuck are you telling me that I'm gay? Look, last time I checked, being gay wasn't an insult but more a simple way of life and if you can't "accept" that then I advise you unfollow me right now because I'm not talking to you if that's the case.
