Staring down at her where eyes that could literally belong to a dragon! "You young lady shall get 15 now!!!" Growled the Dragon "Tiff! Go and do something useful!" " Yes, miss.." Tiff muttered beneath her breath. She scuttled off only looking back to mouth at Alianna I'm Sorry. Alianna dreaded what was to happen to her. " follow me you disobedient child" dragon said in disgust. As the dragon walked broadly down the hallway, Alianna trudged behind. Did it hurt to get the cane? Alianna had never had the cane before. After what seemed like forever the dragon stopped outside a door at the end of the corridor. Alianna drew in a deep breath. Dragon turned the knob and opened the door. Inside was a polished desk with pencils and books in neat piles, a book shelf full to the very brim with books, lined one wall. The walls were a cream colour but still no windows let in any light. "Now, where were we?" Dragon said coldly while reaching for a long brown stick that was leaning on the bookcase." Hold out your left hand" she sneared.Aliannas hand trembled as she stretched her upturned hand out towards dragon. Dragon lifted the cane high above her head and brang it down on aliannas hand with a splintering crack. Alianna winced as pain shot through her hand. Whack! Whack! Again and again the cane hit Aliannas hand. A warm tear slid down her cheek as the final blow came down. She opened her eyes scared to see the damage that the dreaded stick had left on her hand. She looked down to see red lines covered in blood stripping her hand in all directions like branches on a tree. She cradled her wounded hand in the good hand. "Let that teach you a lesson! Now out if my sight before another five come your way!" Alianna quickly huddled out of the room. Once out of the study she cried in pain. This was going to be hard...
